Hotel in zona Parque La Velada, La Linea de la Concepcion

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere entrambi i lati della roccia. La camera era pulita con un letto comodo. Bella terrazza per fare colazione e anche qualche birra in ritardo. . il personale era eccellente. Soprattutto una ragazza di nome Milly alla reception. È stata fantastica con cui parlare e ottenere informazioni utili sui posti dove andare. 10/10.

Utilizzare sempre The Eliott quando a Gibilterra. Personale molto amichevole, camere moderne e pulite e posizione perfetta proprio fuori Main Street. Sicuramente ritornerà sempre

I've got to say, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The value for money is incredible, they have lodge style rooms, so ground floor level, walk in straight from your vehicle with your bags which I love, not having to schlep our bags through the hotel. The rooms are amazingly well equipped and very nice, loads of cushions, all you would expect from a class hotel and ours had a veranda with a table and chairs, then the extras, a Fridge, coffee machine :) with pods, great TV, great wifi, little toiletries and to top it off a robe and slippers (guess this was for the pool but too cold for the pool for me in January) The staff were very, very helpful, kind and caring, the bar etc is lovely to sit in and have a tipple, we didn't use the ****** as this was a work trip but we certainly would go back and stay again and maybe try the ****** :)

Ho deciso di non importare di tornare dopo il 1° soggiorno ... e in verità sono tornato più tardi quella settimana. Quindi sono stato un cliente ripetuto. Positivi: -offerta 2 PM checkout tardivo come IHG Platinum -scamere sono tranquilli -il prezzo è stato grande e ho dovuto guadagnare punti IHG negativi: -nessun condizionatore fornito nel doccia (se si sta solo fornendo due bottiglie nel doccia per risparmiare a costo, -la materna, una Pikolin, era certamente una materna di bilancio per un pubblico domestico. negli Stati Uniti, quella materna sarebbe un problema per l'hotel. Molto, molto difficile. -Dovrebbero installare un lettore di carte di credito per la loro macchina di vendita. So che la Spagna è un po' indietro per andare al 100% senza contanti, ma ho visto i lettori di carte di credito vendere macchine altrove, quindi penso che vedrebbero i vantaggi di farlo. - dovrebbero solo pagare il parcheggio. E' ”gratuito” come è, ma la maggior parte delle notti non potevo trovare un posto e dovevo andare in cerca di uno. - AC si spegne dopo 10 ore, indipendentemente da quello che fate. Quindi se lo spegnite alle 8:00 per una sera, si spegne alle 6:00 mentre siete Stai dormendo, ti svegli in un cazzo di sudorazione.

First time visitors, 5 people Oct. Would I stay here again? Yes Receptionist was lovely and helpful even after some confusion over the booking she was calm and worked well with us. Apartment was exactly as described. It’s in a gated complex so safe and peaceful. Only a very short stroll down the hill to an array of restaurants and pubs. Plenty to keep you amused. Right next to a picturesque beach. Apartment was clean (room 211), beds were comfy, showers powerful and warm, balcony huge with nice seating. Kitchen had everything you could need. Lovely apartments for a get away as has pool, beach, restaurants and are comfy.

Questo è un bel hotel... Sp bellissimo con colonne e alcove. Per la prima notte ho prenotato cena B&B..... il cibo era delizioso! Dinner era 5 corsi ma includeva il miglior Broccoli au Gratin che abbia mai gustato e includeva un bicchiere di vino rosso. Mi aspettavo che il vino fosse duro, ma in realtà era molto buono! Non ho provato la piscina aperta, ma in questo calore era un'opzione ... vicino alla spiaggia era piena di ricchezze e con il fascino porto container vicino ho trovato difficile credere che l'acqua era la qualità del bagno! 8€ taxi da stazione di autobus. Il personale era infallibilemente utile e cortese. La prossima volta chiederò una stanza con vista sulla montagna. Ho soggiornato una seconda notte ... il viaggio mi ha prelevato un prezzo più alto? Ho preso anche il loro Day Excursion in Marocco...€72 ma aggiungere €40 per i consigli! Includeva la repatriazione ferry, trasporto, guida e pranzo marocchino ( delizioso) ... guidatore, suo amico, guida e me in un autobus 32 sedie! Obbligatorio “acquistare un tappeto” conversazione a “scuola d’artigianato” ( Omg ho comprato un tappeto!) ... tenere fuori per il negozio di trunchi in via di uscita!!! 4 ore per tornare attraverso le dogane ... cunee.... Ma era fascinante v e un sguardo inaspettato nella mentalità di frontiera. 4 strati ... controllo militare marocchino, controllo della polizia marocchina, controllo della polizia spagnola e controllo del certificato Covid e la strata finale .... Le guardie spagnole stanno svuotando e controllando ogni auto e trovando qualcosa per gettare via da tutti!!!! Due giorni si sentono come una settimana meravigliosa!

Il proprietario è amichevole e un po'vecchio, ma è pulito e ha tutto quello che ti serve. Ci sono un'area di riposo e un frigorifero di cucina sul tetto, in modo che si possa mangiare qualcosa. Si può bollire acqua calda al mattino e bere caffè.

I booked this for my husband and I but when they sent the confirmation it was only for 1 adult. Immediately I emailed them to advise the error. Two more emails sent and still waiting for a response!!!! Tried calling but also useless. When we arrived, explained the situation but they didn't care. Went on to charge 18€ for 2 days breakfast. I'll come onto that in a bit!!!! As soon as we got to the room, I emailed to complain and yes, still waiting for a response. The room.......beds squeaked every time you moved and the breaks didn't work so they moved all over the place. Half a toilet roll which was never replaced. Good job we take our own. Had to use the duvet as a second pillow. You'd think when cleaning the room the chambermaid would notice the lack of loo roll & clearly additional pillows were needed. On the last morning, I woke to a bed bug crawling up my arm. Breakfast...... diabolical. For the amount they charge it's a disgrace. The ”hot” food was cold. The milk was on the turn and the pastries were rubbish. Only 3 choice for cereal. The toasters were rubbish.

Disappointed with our stay once we realised that staff took no notice of our requests. Nice room, but marred by the fact that the air conditioning broke, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing about it. There was also a couple in the room below us smoking **** on their patio, which stunk our room out, (window wide open because air con failed) and again, staff did nothing to stop this. When we complained about the lack of maintainance at check out the following morning, reception staff looked at me in amazement as clearly, she knew nothing about it, even when we told her we'd had no sleep at all and proceded to start to make a phone call ( to maintainance?) but we just walked off to be honest as we were leaving anyway. Average breakfast, no sauna or treatment room. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel so we could have peace and quiet, and relaxing massages as treats. Poor gym with no air con and sun lounger mats for the pool we realised on the morning we were leaving, were stacked up in the rear of the restaurant, so we never used the pool because I suffer with back and hip problem so cannot lay directly on the hard plastic. We used the L shaped area with comfy cushions at the end of the pool bar to relax but when we came down to sit there on our last day, staff had taken all the cushions away, and put them in a cupboard in the gym area. Needless to say, we retrieved them and made ourselves comfortable. The bar area incidently outdoor was never staffed. Aside from our poor stay at the Exe, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening strolls into the vilage for evening meals, and can highly recommend Restaurante Yerbabuena which serves superb plates and the little pizza place next door but one is lovely The village locals are friendly, prices are low, and we also had a lovely morning at the zoo which is a rescue centre. We were just gutted the tiger cub was only 10 days old, so we couldnt hold her. Would we stay at the Exe again, ? On principle , no, as it seemed hotel staff couldn't have cared less.
