The location and the view from the room were outstanding. The room itself was ok but the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation and deep cleaning. For breakfast you have a couple of options to choose from, it was good. For dinner we didn't know what we were getting we just had to tell if we have any dietary restriction nevertheless (and luckily) it was very tasty. Unfortunately we didn't find the staff very friendly and they also made differences between guests (e.g. already upon arrival we saw others were welcomed with a welcome drink while we were not). The price of renting a bike has increased and now stands at 150 rupees/person/day.

Spacious rooms but the bathroom needs improvement since ours was a bit dated.. great views the rooms. Staff was Nice. Breakfast was Good. Didn’t try the restaurant at night. The hotel rents out bikes but they are Also a bit dated so check them before taking off. Overall a Good hotel for the price payed

Rested in this hotel with his wife from 3 to 9 October. We liked everything! Yes, yes, that's all, without exception. Firstly, the very location of the hotel and the most beautiful view from the room! Secondly, hospitable and helpful staff! This is the hotel manager - Sahim with his wife, and the waiters Kasun and Janet, and of course the chef Jayamuni!!! Many thanks to all of them for their diligence, courtesy and responsiveness! Thirdly, it is peace and quiet at any time of the day, delicious food and drinks. The portions are very large and it was difficult to eat everything in the evening. The food does not bother you, it feels like you just came to visit friends or relatives. Cozy, tasty, sincere! Near 2 beaches to choose from. Wifi works great! By the way, it's free! TV and air conditioning work great too. There is a kettle, dishes, refrigerator, everything you need!! There are bikes for rent, but we walked. To the port, for example, walk only 15-20 minutes without haste. In general, we did not regret a bit that we stayed at this hotel! We recommend to everyone! Stayed at L'Ocean for 10 nights and was impressed with both it and the island in general. Great location, good food, great service, friendly staff. We booked half board and were served with excellent three course meals and two outstanding buffets. Breakfast was a feast with a selection of fruit, toast and eggs (cooked any way you wanted) and a variety of cakes/croissants. All meals were served on terrace with amazing view of neighboring islands. We hired bikes at the hotel and rode to the other end of the island (Grand Anse) and on another day to L'Union Estate and Source Argent. We also went on a boat trip to Grand Soeur, Coco and Felicite - bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Outstanding snorkelling and beautiful beaches. Would definitely go back

Accueil de Sachin très sympa ! Transfert au bateau impeccable. Chambre vieillotte mais la vue est exceptionnelle . Propre 👌 Vélo a disposition en extra. Bonne localisation à 20 minutez à pied du centre .

L'hôte, Sachin,est super sympa et surtout aux petits soins pour ses clients ! Les repas du soir sont délicieux et copieux! Même si l'hôtel est un peu vieillot, la vue et son emplacement sont parfaits ! Je le recommande vraiment ! Christine.

La vue de la chambre est très jolie. L'hôtel est bien placé. Un restaurant est disponible sur place, le repas est bon. Le petit déjeuner est bon également. La chambre était propre. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. En revanche l'équipement de la chambre n'est pas top. La literie n'est pas confortable du tout. Difficile de se reposer. L'hôtel mériterait de sérieux travaux. Il est vieillissant. Je ne recommande pas d'y séjourner.

Petit hôtel tranquille avec superbe vue. Bonne situation pour visiter l'île. Chambres agréables mais literie et salle de bain vieillotes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Transfert en buggy compris entre le port et l'hôtel. Location de vélos. Gentillesse, serviabilité et efficacité du personnel. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Sachin ! Bon choix pour découvrir la Digue en sérénité pendant quelques jours.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, gutes Essen und eine prima Betreuung durch den netten Besitzer und vor allem Kasun den immer aufmerksamen Ober im Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt. Wir kommen wieder...
