Villa Charme de l'Ile

A true boutique experience with friendly staff and high attention to details. The garden is villa's biggest advantage – it probably is the most beautiful garden we saw in our life, words cannot depict all the small details and a lot of care that has been put in gardening activities across years. Only because of the garden Villa Charme de L'ile is worth visiting – and the object offers much more. The pool area was great as well. Free bikes assigned to each room are a clear advantage as well. We liked the breakfast – it is not expensive and even the basic option was sufficient for us. We stayed in a small standalone house and it was almost brand new – we loved small details inside and an efficient air-conditioning. Location is great as it is near the harbour and island's life concentrates here.

Our stay at Villa Charme de L'ile was very comfortable and extremely relaxing. Set in a secluded and quiet spot on the island, it is a satisfyingly peaceful location. Entering the gates into the premises, you are first greeted by an abundance of greenery and a very beautiful garden. This flora and fauna are reflected throughout the property and it is very well maintained. After entering the property, we were graciously welcomed by the property manager, Mr. Anish, who promptly led us to our rooms after a refreshing welcome drink. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and fitted with all the facilities that would befit a 5-star category room. Free high-speed Wi-Fi was also available as well as a tv. The room also hosted a well- equipped kitchen with all the tools and equipment required to cook any of your favourite dishes. Another highlight of our stay was the fact that there was also a nice pool and my family had lots of fun swimming and relaxing. A jacuzzi was also available in case you wanted a relaxing and refreshing dip. Furthermore, an English style breakfast was also provided at the request of the guests and it was all extremely delicious and filling. For each room, 2 bicycles were also provided to be used at the guest's convenience for your many outings on La-Digue island. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Charme de L'ile. I highly recommend it to any guest and I would gladly return again.

Very recomended self catering Villa, realy charming. The villa is beutyful and large. It is super decorated and every room is just so big ans so well orgenized. The pool is a great retreat after returning from the beach... If you wish to cook, you will find well equiped kitchen... Location is also great...

Notre gros coup de coeur pour ce logement Et cependant nous avions fait des 5etoiles avant Au calme, proche du ferry Personnel adorable, chambre spacieuse Piscine fantastique et jacuzzi Pas de vélo a louer ils ont ce qu'il faut c'est vraiment pratique Idem pour les serviettes de plage Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner a 250roupies , il est très bon varié mais un peu cher, j'aurais aimé un peu de pain frais. N'hésitez pas ce logement est canon

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist super nett. Ich empfehle das feine Frühstück mitzubuchen oder vor Ort noch zu buchen. Die Fahrräder können einfach gratis genommen werden, sie sind nicht die Besten, aber sie reichen für ein paar Tage La Digue. Das Appartement ist ein Traum! Viel schöner wie auf den Bildern🌿Riesiiiig🔆der Zimmerservice ist toll🫶

Lage: super zentral, 5 Minuten mit dem Koffer zum Jetty, Bäckerei, Bank, Fahrradvermietung alles fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr ruhig Zimmer: sauber ist nicht der richtige Ausdruck, man kann vom Boden essen, Aniiss ist die gute Seele des Hauses und hilft einem bei allem weiter Frühstück: der Traum, super köstlich, vielseitig Insgesamt: die schönste, gemütlichste und sauberste Unterkunft, voller Charme und Stil, wir könnten sofort wieder kommen. 100% Weiterempfehlung. Wird unvergesslich in Erinnerung bleiben.

Super kleine Apartmentanlage, my favorit on La Digue. Sehr schöne große. saubere Apartments, mit tollem Pool und was auch sehr wichtig ist 3 Perlen von Angestellte. Natascha, ihr Kollege und der Gärtner ,die diese kleine Oase so schön gestalten. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ist unbeschreiblich. Unsere Gastgeberin Debbie ist sehr freundlich und hat eine Oase im Paradies geplant.und umgesetzt. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Und wir kommen wieder

Nous avions réservé depuis plusieurs semaines à la Maison Charme de L'île. J'ai envoyé un message (pour recevoir l'invitation demandée par les autorités) auquel je n'ai pas reçu de réponse et la veille de notre arrivée nous recevons un message selon lequel à cause d'une double réservation on nous a "upgradés" à la Villa Charme de L'île soi-disant plus luxueuse et plus centrale (alors que nous voulions être au calme). Sauf qu'on s'est retrouvés en plein milieu de gros travaux avec réveil tous les matins à 7h30 et vue sur les tracteurs. Et le bruit de marteaux piqueurs toute la journée. Le plafond de notre appartement s'effritait littéralement sur la table à manger et le canapé (voir photos). Nous avons signalé que nous avions réservé à la maison et non à la villa précisément pour être au calme et pas à côté du port (et encore moins dans les travaux) et l'hôtesse, qui a temporisé en nous disant qu'elle verrait "ce qu'elle peut faire" nous a répondu que toute l'île était en travaux (sic!). Le patron de l'établissement (ou gérant) qui était sur place n'a pas daigné nous parler ni tenter de résoudre notre problème. Quant aux hôtesses, l'une est parfaitement odieuse et l'autre a 2 maxi de tension. Donc vraiment je déconseille!
