Its a Condo area with Houses, Hotel and Condo. Has pools by the condos and A Beach Club with Pool and Beach. Pool/ Beach bar is okay for a day with snacks and drinks. The small beach is calm and you get get some kayak for free to paddle around. The Club offers towels but closes before the pool...so you have to return the towels and still are at the pool....a little non sense....

Beach is very far away from building about 9 mítin vehículo . All inclusive( is not all inclusive) they charge for Can soda and for some drinks and food TripAdvisor needs to Be honest and not keep putting pictures that are not from the rental buildings, is so many complaints and you guys should do something if B Nayar is deshonest , you shouldn’t be . There is no tenis court ATM Doesn’t work Most employees @ Restaurant are Rude, they Give preference to people with no bracelet

POR FAVOR NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL, son un reverendo fraude. Debido a que no respetan los lineamientos de sus contratos se tuvieron que cancelar las habitacioned reservadas para una boda y se comprometieron en reembolsar el dinero integro de las mismas, situación que no ha pasado y lo peor es que al hablar por teléfono a sus instalaciones ya una persona nos dijo "es que me da mucha pena que los estén engañando, pero no les vamos a reembolsar". Dicho sea de paso expusimos nuestra situación y ya supimos de otro par de situaciones similares a la nuestra a los cuales tampoco les han dado solución.

We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse apartment recently. The resort is large and spacious, there’s a shuttle bus to and from the reception area, takes about 4 minutes but you can walk down to the beach club area. There are beach towels available from the beach club reception. The pools there are lovely and warm and the beach is adjacent and is clean and shelves gently into the warm sea. The main negative is the dreadful loud incessant awful music that the DJ blasts out constantly The beach club serves a nice breakfast and once that is complete the staff then come to your sun bed to take your orders for drinks and snacks. The lunch menu and food is much better than the supper menu. All the staff expect a tip when serving you either in the restaurant or by the pool. There’s another pool nearer the reception area and this is similar in size to the beach club ones but far quieter but no service from the bar The main restaurant is near the main reception area and there’s also another smaller pool there as well The menu is varied and the food on the whole is acceptable. You have to scan the QR codes to see what’s on offer. The main complaint is the total lack of any ordering system. Some days we gave our order and waited up to an hour even for a drink never mind your food order, staff seemed to be busy but doing what we weren’t sure. Another oddity is if you order your starter and main course at same time they are brought out together. I think because we were the only English speaking guests there and very few staff speak English we did find ordering the food difficult The apartment was large with a huge kitchen and dining area however there wasn’t even a spoon never mind a plate!! When the apartment was serviced and used towels taken away I had to keep going to reception to ask for clean ones There wasn’t a safe and unfortunately my wife had two rings taken from our wardrobe It would be nice for the children if there were slides into the pools and also ice cream as at other all inclusive resorts the latter was always available Just a word of advice is don’t lose your immigration form like I did, caused me issues at airport on departure Enjoy the holidays

Excelente trato del *personal (meseros, cocina, los de entretenimiento, el del transporte). Habitación amplia, limpia, bien distribuida. Cama muy grande, almohadas tan suaves como para quedarse. Actividades recreativas para mis niños (voleibol, jenga, domino) un plus que no tenía contemplado Quedé muy complacida con la atención. Valoro mucho el trato y los tiempos de compartir. Disfrute jugar jenga, domino y ver que mis hijos estaban en buenas manos con una persona que dedicó tiempo para explicarles en la piscina Actividades de entretenimiento en el 10 de mayo que me gustaron porque los huéspedes coinciden, se trabaja en equipo, las bromas, la competitividad y risas Aunque no es de mi agrado el futbol, debo reconocer que se tiene ese recurso para quienes gusten de disfrutar los partidos. Lo más extraordinario es la calidez en la gente que trabaja en el *hotel, muy atentos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

El departamento que es muy amplio, tiene dos recamaras tres baños completos, sin embargo la calidad en el acabado de los baños no concuerda con el resto del departamento. La cocina no cuenta con platos, cubiertos, vasos o sartenes por lo que unicamente sirve para guardar en el refrigerador, o calentar algo en el micro. Te dan las toallas unicamente para secarse despues de bañar, no hay toallas para secarse las manos. El club de playa al que te llevan esta aceptable, sin embargo para tener acceso al club dentro del fraccionamiento te cobran una tarifa excesiva por persona por dia. La comida en el restaurante es aceptable sin embargo hay muchas moscas y no tienen ventiladores. Necesitas llevar carro porque esta bastante lejos del centro de puerto vallarta.
