Hôtel Beauregard

Room was very small for a twin room. Chipped toilet seat. Chipped enamel on the bath. Toilet roll holder hanging-off the wall. Beds were fresh and comfortable. Robes for the spa are old, tatty and very off-white and off-putting. The spa is like a crèche. Constantly noisy and fully of children, impossible to relax. Bar area full of children and noise. No log fire burning or tranquil ambience - felt like a motorway station. Bar staff rude, inexperienced and noisy themselves. Waiting time unacceptable for bar food (pate!). No room service even though my friend broke her leg!!!! No attempt to see if she needed anything during the days she remained in her room…. Had to beg staff for help at every juncture. It appears to be a lack of training I hope, because if it is attitude, I feel we have not stayed in the same hotel as some of the other reviews, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place. Shabby and very disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2024 and were very happy with the location and the way the staff helped us. The majority of the experience was good, sauna and steam room were clean but the hot tub wasn’t warm at all. Our room was clean and the bathroom was nicely finished although very small for a 4Star hotel. Overall it’s a little expensive for the type and size of room, it’s the location you’re paying for.

comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff excellent food, although poor choice for vegetarians the spa area is very nice and relaxing after skiing. Good breakfast choices. SKiset service very helpful for ski hire and good to use ski store room.

We loved this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was warm and spacious, the food was delicious and the live Jazz duo were a delight. We enjoyed the sauna and 17m swimming pool. The hotel is ski-in ski-out, and the adjacent ski room and the hotel's relationship with a nearby ski rental service made renting and returning skis effortless.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone was warm, inviting, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very generous; the pool is large and pleasantly heated. The hotel is a five/minute walk into the centre of town, so you can easily leave your car and walk. The bathroom is a good size. My only observation is that the pillows were very hard...some softer options would be welcome. Overall, I really enjoyed the Hotel Beauregard and will definitely return}

We enjoyed our stay Hotel is perfectly located for the slopes, the boot & ski room is handy and well run and the pool is a welcome post ski relaxing area The breakfast was nice- enough choice and good quality. It also felt chilled for a buffet- never too busy. Drinks were nice in the bar & reasonable. There’s a football table and pool table for a bit of fun. The room was a tad small but nice we had a corner room with dual aspect view. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Robes and plenty of towels. We felt the hotel was quite impersonal- we stayed for 5 nights and had zero interaction with staff. There was always a welcome sign for a group or business and this seemed to be the focus. Perhaps as March was just coming to the end of ski season. The first night was very busy. The bar area was rammed in the late afternoon with a private group and we experienced quite a lot of noise in our room late at night ( doors, loud voices etc). We didn’t experience noise again. We didn’t use the restaurant at night as there were so many great options on the doorstep. We would definitely stay again
