Hotel in zona Església de Sant Bartomeu Apòstol, L＇Argentera

Un po' di fortuna è stata sprinteggiata sulla nostra grande viaggio in Spagna, perché trovare questo gemello online ha fatto un sorprendente due giorni per la nostra famiglia! Eravamo in realtà programmati per una notte, ma erano così rosa ticked che abbiamo esteso un'altra notte. Siamo arrivati in tempo perché il prezzo era in punto e non era troppo occupato, questo potrebbe essere facilmente un posto di cinque stelle se ci fosse attenzione ai dettagli. Pertanto, posso pensare a alcuni punti principali durante il nostro soggiorno che devono essere affrontati solo ...1) invece di disturbi e ritardi al checkout, sarebbe stato più amico dei clienti avere noi a pagare la tassa turistica per il giorno extra quando abbiamo esteso Il nostro soggiorno e pagato per il check-in. (2) La zona della piscina è bella e richiede ovviamente molto tempo e spese, ma è molto ovvio che il lavoro di tela della piscina deve essere fissato e riparato in molte aree. (3) In quanto turista, il sistema di scarico era molto poco chiaro. Ci sono state possibilità di separare il vetro dalla spazzatura regolare in alcune zone, ma altrimenti sembrava che tutto fosse solo spazzatura regolare .....con ci sono così tante spazzatura plastica ci dovrebbe essere il contenitore giallo per eliminare Con questi punti, vorrei esprimere che si tratta di un soggiorno molto piacevole e lo consiglierei molto agli altri. Ho goduto la classe di allenamento/danza mattina che è stata offerta, il parco e le attività dei bambini sono sorprendenti, la zona di piscina è stata molto piacevole e apprezziamo che ci fosse un guardiano di vita, la vista dalla nostra stanza, le strutture, il parcheggio facile, Il ristorante sul sito è stato affascinante (ma abbiamo cucinato nel nostro appartamento invece). Grazie per l'esperienza piacevole vicino al Mediterraneo!

Ci siamo sistemati qui perchè andavamo a visitare la zona, e ci piaceva che fosse nel mezzo della natura e che fosse con piscina climatizzata, perché all'esterno comincia a rinfrescarsi. Ma per la nostra sorpresa risulta che questa piscina interna non è inclusa nel prezzo (sono 8€ per persona e giorno extra, bambini@s anche), anche se non è specificato sul vostro web o nel Booking in nessun sito (solo su un documento collocato alla porta di accesso a ciò che si chiama Spa, che è solo questa piscina con 3 cucchiaini e una cascata, perché il jakuzzi non funziona). Comunque, paghiamo per godere di questo presunto spazio di relax ... Finché i bambini e gli anziani si sono schiacciati, facendo un po' di frustrazione, quindi è stato un po' frustrante. Il complesso, anche se il giorno sembra che il posto sarà tranquillo e silenzioso, la verità è che la notte è stata una catastrofe: cani che lacrimano, coperchi, colpi, cachotte, vicini rumorosi, trascinando mobili, follsndo e di giuerga fino alle cinque del mattino ... E la persona di ricezione non ha fatto niente quando siamo andati a lamentarci. Abbiamo dormito fatale – buono, in realtà, quasi non abbiamo dormito, va bene. Capitolo separato merita anche la attenzione nei dettagli: c'erano capelli nel bagno, qualcosa di secco nel cortile del bagno, un forno con maniche, i bottoni di gel/shampoo erano visivamente riempiti/riutilizzati, l'insalata del cibo aveva foglie sfogliate ... I giardini intorno, che nel loro giorno erano campo da golf, apprezzerebbero più cura, e è evidente che le strutture in generale hanno visto migliori tempi. Il personale è abbastanza gentile, ma sono visibile superato dal lavoro. Miglior: la colazione, anche se non corrispondeva esattamente alle foto di Booking. Meno per me, che come Celiaca aveva solo panini a mia disposizione, niente di più, a differenza del resto dei clienti, che avevano croissants, donuts, vario ristorante, cereali e pane variabili – e tutti noi paghiamo 12€, ovviamente ... Riassunto: Una cattiva esperienza.

Estival Do Dorado Resort near Cambrils is a really great place to spend a holiday, the food is great, my partner loves how much choice he has, the staff are so friendly and helpful and it is just such a lovely space to holiday in. I have Coeliac Disease so have to fill a menu in for my meals and be careful with some drinks, but the staff are so understanding and helpful, the slightest crumb can make me ill so I have to be very careful of cross contamination too. On our first night there it wasn't too busy in the sports bar and Eddie, who was on the bar that evening, checked all the bottles for me and made me a couple of cocktails. It was so nice and such a change. I usually just stick to my gluten free Daura Damm lager or vodka and sprite, so that was a refreshing change and I felt very special and spoiled 😊. Ariana who is the young lady working on the sports bar most evenings was wonderful, so cheerful and funny, she had taught herself English really well since April, I was so impressed, and glad, as it made it easier for us with no Spanish 😉. We had some brilliant evenings sat at her bar 😁. Aaron who had started the year before, when we were there in June, was brilliant too, such a cheerful lad and a natural on the main bar, Eddie has taught him well!! 😉!! I must not forget the rest of the staff on the main bar either, all of them are just amazing, they never seem to stop, I love their energy and the way they make you feel so welcome 😍. Annabelle, who ran the adult pool bar previously and now works sometimes in the restaurant, is always so helpful and friendly, such a lovely Lady, it was great to see her again, and she remembered us💞. The young lady on the adults only pool bar now was lovely too!! We have stayed here 3 times now, which says it all. I see there are some poor reviews but some people are never happy and sometimes, in a large resort, there will be issues from time to time, but, from what we have experienced, the staff are all amazing!! They always try and do their best to help. Yes, it is lovely to have a great view, but to be fair, how long do you really want to spend in the room?! If you want night life and shops, they are a good walk away, one of the things we love about this hotel and the shop over the road is perfect, they have a bit of everything, and, from previous visits to other areas of Spain, their prices are pretty good!! Nearly forgot, mini golf, great fun!! 😊 Our room is already booked for next year!! 😊 Looking forward to seeing you all soon 😍😊
