Had the most wonderful experience at Awei Pila.Love all the food & the place was so beautiful and i enjoyed all the activities there.I will definitely come back again.All the staff were so friendly and helpful.I also enjoyed the drinks too, they offered free flow drinks both nonalcoholic and cocktails.The bartender also made a cocktail i asked for even though it was not on the menu.

"The Lobby Bar at Awei Pila is hands-down the best place to end your day. The vibe is pure island bliss—relaxed lounge music, comfortable seating, and an absolutely unbeatable panoramic view of the ocean. The drinks were a highlight! I highly recommend their signature 'Pila Sea Breeze' cocktail; it was refreshing, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Tip: Get there around 5:00 PM to grab a seat by the railing and watch the spectacular sunset—it’s an absolute must-do!" We are already dreaming of our next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable private island retreat.

Awei Pila is unique. If you prefer highest-quality hospitality close to beautiful nature, this is the place to be. I went to Awei Pila in late November 2024 for the first time with a good friend. Following this great experience, I decided to return to Awei Pila already in February 2025 together with my wife for another amazing stay. The architecture of the entire resort is well thought-through and the villas (we stayed in a Beachfront Villa) are very elegant, well-maintained, super clean and equipped with everything you need, including a spacious outdoor shower. Service, food and drinks are great as well, always with an eye for details. But most importantly, it is the "human factor" makes the difference. The entire staff is amazing and truly makes you feel at home. We are looking forward to visiting Awei Pila again soon.

A true hidden gem - clearest waters and softest sands I've seen. Having this private resort in Myanmar beats a lot of other beach destinations which are way more touristy. You get the whole island to yourself here. Another highlight was the Moken village visit and we tried some seafood that we've never seen before. The package includes full board, meals, drinks and activities. Each meal from breakfast to dinner did not disappointment and the final seafood bbq dinner was amazing. The best part was we could keep ordering our favorite items and the kitchen serves them fresh. The staff were so friendly and felt like they were genuinely happy to see us and make our stay the best version it can be. Will be returning again!

The staff at Awei Pila truly go the extra mile to make us feel at our most comfortable on our Valentine's Day trip. Since it's the only hotel on the island, they made everything feel right at home. The food was amazing, and the extra touch of a nice warm honey lemon ginger tea every night was my favorite part. There's no signal and pretty spotty wifi, which was nice for us to turn our phones off and really stay present on the island. Overall, gorgeous beaches, crystal clear waters, a great time and felt really taken care of. Would return!
