Hands down the worst and most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Let’s start with the positives as there aren’t many. Room is a nice size, clean and comfortable. Our first deluxe room overlooked a building with no view despite booking a deluxe sea view room. We eventually got moved but not a sea view but better than it was. Breakfast is good and available til 11:30 which is good. Now for the nitty gritty. Balconies have no furniture on so can’t sit out there. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No English channels on the satellite TV. Half board - don’t waste your money. Breakfast good and you get water, orange juice, tea and Nescafé included. Other drinks are charged. Dinner is repetitively the same and nothing special. Quite bland. Only get water included. Everything else is charged. No information around hotel giving this info. Not allowed to play cards In public areas of the hotel. no entertainment. Bar was closed, pool decking area with direct access to sea closed for renovations so no direct access to sea as advertised. Small area of pool open means very few sunbeds and by afternoon most are in the shade but if you move them you get told off. Snack bar not open. No spa just 2 ladies doing massage. Gym is basic and equipment shabby. Floor is lifting and unsafe. Staff watch your every move and take every opportunity to tell you you can’t do this you can’t do that. Not a relaxing stay and did not feel welcome. Give this hotel a wide berth

Booked in January 2023, one of the main attractions was the pool complex. When we arrived, the pool complex was closed for renovations. No-one told us this before we arrived. No alternative seating area or compensation offered. Our booking could not be found. We were eventually shown a standard double room, which we had expected, however we were above the main front door at the reception area. The noise of a disco somewhere nearby was exceptionally loud. Spoke to a customer of the hotel whose room was further away than ours and they never heard anything. The food was aimed for the Turkish people, only some foods we could eat and we are not fussy eaters. The chefs were superb and the sweet display was amazing.. The waiting on staff were fabulous but we felt the management did not care about normal guests, only the rich.

We booked 3 nights for a city break whilst staying somewhere else on the island. Always wanted to stay at the rocks over the years we have been here. The rooms are really nice, however everything runs on electric so when they have a power cut and it often does their generator kicks in but this then opens all the curtains and switches on the lights. Three times on the first night and twice on the second. The food is ok no difference from any other hotel really. The biggest disappointment was by the pool. All the sun beds near the sea had been save by the pool man for some guests!!! Towels on them and no one was allowed to sit on them. There were loads free as well. The breeze was best the nearer the sea. When complaining to the reception, and asking them how we reserved the sun beds by the sea, she advised that no beds were reserved. The pool man informed the lady that they were saved for the owner of the hotel. Well when the owner!!! arrived arrived at 16:30, seven hours later the owner of the hotel gave the pool man 20 lira and he promptly put it in his back pocket. Not sure he told the lady the truth about it being saved for the owner as that would be 3 days running but a very lucrative business if he doing that every day for certain guests. Very disappointed in his attitude and I understand they don’t get paid very much but this behaviour is disgusting. I would have had more respect if he had been honest about it.

22 Nisan 26 Nisan da eşimle birlikte kaldım. Girişte karşılama çok güzel ve Nazikti.Ön büro müdürü kibar ve çok ilgili İdi Oda ***et güzel. Asıl Yiyecek içecek müdürü Gazi bey son derece güler güzlü ilgili garsonlar disiplinli anlayışlı müşterinin mutlu olması için elinden gelenini yapıyorlar Büfe zengin ve çok lezzetli Sabah kahtısında Zeynep hanımın omletini ve menemeni anlatılamazdı. Teşekkürler Zeynep hanım. Gazi beyin herşeye elinin değdiğini belli oluyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

14.03.2025 Rocks otelde ailem ile hem konakladık hem ******sunu kullandık. Resepsiyondakiler çok ilgiliydi odamızı sabah erken saatlerde teslim ettiler hemde daha iyi bir oda verdiler restoran ve temizlik personelleri de çok ilgili bu yüzden teşekkür ediyorum . Ancak 15.03.2025 ; ******sunda çalışan garsonların bir kısmı çok kaba ******nun koyduğu bir takım kuralları resmen tersler gibi üslupsuz şekilde söylüyorlar. İçki Çerez vs. İstediğinizde resmen sorguya çekiliyorsunuz “kim içeçek , diğer içki bitti mi “ şekilinde . Bu durumdan dolayı çok rahatsız olup oyunu yarıda bırakıp kalktık. Otelde bir daha konaklama yapacağımızı sanmıyorum.

Hiç bir bilgim olmadan ******ya girişim engellenmiş. Sebebini sordum cevap yok. Yetkililer ile görüşeyim dedim mümkün değil dediler. Nedenini hiç kimse söylemiyor. Sebebini sır gibi saklıyorlar. Suçluysam polis çağırın dedim. Onu da yapmadılar. Sanırım Rocksı soyacağımı düşünüyorlar.

Mükemmel çalışanlar, yenilenmiş süper odalar, ***et makul fiyatlar. Konumu mükemmel. Her Kıbrıs seyahatimizde burada konaklayacağız. Bir de sauna vs. olsaydı daha ne isterdik. Gerçi restaurant bizi fazlasıyla kilo aldırdı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Teşekkürler Rocks

Herseyin en ince detayina kadar dusunuldugu, misafir iliskilerinden restauranta kadar ilgili ve guleryuzlu personeli, muhtesem yemekleri, yeni ferah ******su ve essiz lokasyonu ile Kibris’in en koklu ve luks oteli Rocks’u kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
