L'aspetto dell'hotel è semplice e stupendo, e ho pensato che sarebbe stata una buona esperienza di viaggio. È un peccato che il check-in dalla reception, la disposizione dei pasti, ecc. siano molto confusi, mostrando che c'è un grosso problema nella gestione. Ho pensato che sarebbe stata una stanza in stile giapponese. La disposizione della stanza è diversa (stile) e non occidentale (stile). Ci sono solo 2 letti singoli e non c'è il materasso in stile giapponese. Forse per risparmiare manodopera, aiutatemi gli ospiti fanno i letti ogni giorno. Il più grande difetto è che il personale di servizio non capisce affatto l'inglese e non riesco a trovare nessuno che capisca il cinese. Il pasto con due pasti è sciatto e non ha assolutamente le caratteristiche della cucina giapponese. L'unica cosa è che il bagno privato non è male. Nella mia impressione, Trip.com sembra dire che il prezzo della casa ha incluso le tasse, e quando ho fatto il check-out, mi sono state addebitate le tasse locali e sul bagno, anche se erano solo circa 1.000 yen, mi sono sentito un po' a disagio. Non dovrebbe tornarci.

Questo hotel non vale il denaro. mia moglie e io abbiamo fatto un viaggio di tre settimane in Giappone per il nostro luna di miele e l'unica cattiva esperienza che abbiamo avuto in Giappone con le nostre prenotazioni è stato questo hotel. Abbiamo deciso di prenotare una notte qui e ci siamo davvero aspettati. Considerato che era una delle prenotazioni più costose che avevamo fatto, volevamo sfruttare l'hotel mentre lì. Purtroppo mia moglie, che soffriva di problemi di ritorno, stava attraversando una crisi di ritorno all'arrivo, non poteva andare a piedi, quindi volevamo andare al ristorante dell'hotel per cena. Il ristorante era chiuso e non ci avevano dato alcuna informazione prima della data di check-in. La zona del salotto era chiusa, non c'era nessun servizio in camera o nessun servizio alimentare. Il personale non ha avuto alcun aiuto nel minimo e non ha visto alcun problema con il fatto che l'hotel che abbiamo speso più su offre quasi nulla quando si tratta di ospitalità o servizio reale. Finivo di dover andare a trovare cibo per strada (che era delizioso) e riportarlo a mia moglie nella stanza, perché non poteva camminare.La stanza era ovviamente bella e la vista sulla montagna è davvero bella. Ma, in tutta onestà, non si guadagna il valore del denaro a ALL.Salva il denaro e puoi fare colazione al ristorante (se è aperto) e rimanere da qualche altra parte per la notte. Infatti, dopo la nostra esperienza, dovremmo passare tre notti in un hotel di lusso a Hakone da parte dello stesso proprietario e andammo online per fare ulteriori ricerche perché siamo stati così appassionati dal nostro soggiorno. Poi vediamo che hanno messo un messaggio sul sito che ci sarebbero state costruzioni tutto il tempo che saremmo stati lì ma non ci avrebbero inviato un email. Abbiamo immediatamente cancellato e prenotato un airbnb con una bella vista e un po' di privato e ci siamo salvati oltre $1,000. TLDR: Non vale la pena di pagare. Terribile servizio, quasi nessuna attrezzatura.

I will split my review into multiple parts, but overall, I had a lovely experience. a) Getting There It is suggested to have a car or take a taxi to the location if you have large luggage to avoid inconveniencing the locals who take the bus. The taxi fare was about 2,500 yen, depending on road conditions; which is not too different from a longer journey on a train. b) Ambience The Ryokan is close to nature, with a running stream of water just next to the compound. At the living compound, there is a mini-garden in Japanese style. These were pleasing to my senses. c) Room I had booked the room with a private toilet, which suited my needs. The toilet and shower/bath area are in separate rooms, which is typical in the Japanese style. The sleeping area is cozy and has ample room for me to put my luggage and personal effects. It is also in the traditional Japanese style, complete with futons. I am grateful that the futon was already set up for me, as other establishments had a more DIY approach to assembling the futon. I did get some sheepish knocks from other guests mistakenly thinking that the private toilet was a communal space. There was also a Yukata set for guests to wear during their stay. The inner Yukata seems to be replaced every 2 days by the room cleaning service. The room cleaning service seems to happen from 9 am to the afternoon, and there is no 'do not disturb' sign, so be sure to inform the staff beforehand or to talk to the staff when they do come in to clean, if you wish to be left alone. The workspace provided has ample space for 2 people. There are also some useful guides on interesting places in Kyoto placed in the room, albeit in Japanese. Nothing that Google Translate can't help with. There is also a TV for local Japanese programs, hot water for tea, and a tea set. Travelers should not hesitate to ask for help from the friendly staff for assistance on how to make their own tea. Hot water was refilled by the daily room service staff. d) Service and Interactions While some staff can understand English, speaking Japanese got me a better standard of service in my opinion. Some staff may not be confident in their English and feel more at ease when speaking Japanese. Though they do still make an effort to understand your needs if you can only communicate in English. e) Food Exploring Kyoto requires a lot of calories, and that's what the kitchen in Ryokan Yamazaki made sure I had no shortage of. They also made sure that there were no repeats of the dinner menu, which I appreciate. I also liked that I did not have to spend time choosing what to eat, as the staff had already prepared the meals according to the season for me. I had booked 5 nights but had a flight to catch on the 5th day. The Ryokan was kind enough to offer either a refund or lunch. I mentioned that I was taking the Shinkansen back to Tokyo for my flight, and to my pleasant surprise, I had a delicious Ekiben made for my Shinkansen ride. I had also requested

周邊有超市、藥妝、便利店，距離嵐山嵯峨站約10分鐘腳程。三人住這複式民宿簡直爽爆，應該有的設備都有，wifi空調都很好，唯獨廚具有點油垢，但問題不大，給好評！
