Excellent location. Only a few minutes away from Kyoto station. The public bathhouse is amazing, both outdoor and indoor. They also provide free ramen every night from 21:30 to 23:00.

Another delightful stay at this hotel. Everyone at the reception desk was so helpful in making my stay a comfortable one. I would like to say a special thank you to Ami, the massage lady who did a great job in relaxing my tired body after doing the touristy things all day. I look forward to my next stay.

Dormy Inn as the usual we always stared. Rooms are as usual small, as we are unable to book the Deluxe Queen rooms. Onsen is clean and excellent, nightly free ramen and free icecreams are always our favorite. Services from all departments are excellent.

Convenient location, the breakfast and onsen are not crowded. Choices of breakfast are limited though.

nice welcoming desserts the public hot spring was spacious and not too crowded which was perfect after a long day loved the buffet breakfast as well especially the unlimited salmon roe

The hotel is good with free flow ramen and ice cream. However we are on honeymoon the hotel actually not suitable for couples as its quite small but the front desk is helpful enough to arrange a double bed but with additional charges.

Everything very good. The short dryer in the public bath is not strong enough while the long dryer is strong enough to make hair dry quickly

We booked and paid for a 20 square metre room for a night and a bigger 32 sq metre room for the next night. After the first night, the manager told us that the bigger room is unavailable and persuade us to stay in the smaller room. We were not given any choice. This spoiled our vacation. Don't trust the fat hotel manager. Not recommended to stay in this hotel.

The room we stayed is a bit small but hotel is situated at a good location with 5 mins walking distance to Kyoto Station. Great hot spring facilities. Very nice breakfast served in the morning. Highly recommended
