Sparkly clean, one of the most spacious and cosy hotel I've stayed in Japan. Very thoughtful design, free laundry is a win.

Overall the location is great and room is clean. It would be good if there is easier communication channel as both email and phone are not very responsive after 9pm. The staff was however very helpful to stay up as we arrived late at night due to train delay.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Recommended. Super comfort bed, very clean toilet and shower. You won’t regret to have stayed at this hotel.

Hotal room is big and clean, location is near train station, most of the staff is polite but one male staff need to be improved.

酒店簡直太滿意了！我願稱之為寶藏酒店，我們是家庭出行，一行七人有老有小，定了兩間房，住的非常舒服。套房面積很大，非常寬敞！ 酒店衞生好，位置也好，步行去清水寺很方便，去鴨川或者坐電車也方便。酒店附近還有超級火的市川屋咖啡，步行衹需要三分鐘，太棒了！

在五條鴨川旁邊，距離清水寺很近，步行可達；步行到京都站也不過15-20分鐘；步行到河源町也20分鐘。位置還是很不錯的。衞生也很好，設施也不比酒店差，甚至比上次住的酒店還好，在居民區，相對安靜，房間中規中矩。北邊過大馬路有711，全家和羅森，5分鐘能到。前台小姑娘會中文，交流方便。

房間乾淨，設施齊全。面積雖不大，但每個房間都設有廚房。還提供洗衣乾衣服務。酒店可以步行前往清水寺、八八阪神社。離京都站坐公交也是20分鐘。

4인가족 예약했는데 2베드 있는 방이 연결되어 있어 넓게 편히 지냈습니다. 청수사, 닌넨자카, 산넨자카에 가까이 있고 주택가에 위치해있어 조용합니다. 좀 아쉬웠던 점은 침대헤드쪽에 먼지가 좀 많더라구요. 그리고 2일 사용했는데 서비스로 주시는 물은 인당1병만 주셔서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 이것 빼고는 직원들도 친절하시고 그래서 만족하며 사용했습니다. 오사카 또 가면 재방문의사 충분히 있어요~

KYOTO 初めて遊びにいきましたが、　サクラ🌸ホテル泊まって最高に良かった⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️安くて良い部屋、必要な物はちゃんと置いた有ります、2KITCHENがあるとまた素晴らしい👍しかし、bedも四つもありますplus round dining table , 2television set ,2toilet and bath , 本当に値段は安いのに、素晴らしいな部屋でした。場所もいいです。　KYOTOいくならまた同じに泊まりたいと思います。有難う御座いますサクラ🌸ホテル。サクラホテル選んで良かった💯☝️💫
