Good location, close to most attractions in Kuwait

Çok güzel ve temiz bi oteldi merkezi konum tavsiye ederim kesinlikle

部屋はとても清潔、予想より広い部屋だった。朝食もとてもおいしく、スタッフも、僕の貧弱な英語に付き合ってくださって感謝しています。

Horrible, fue la peor estancia de mi vida, paguè por desayuno y cena, y me negaban hasta el postre me decían que no estaba incluido, y encima la cena era limitada no era buffet, para ellos no paguè la cantidad necesaria para que me abrieran el menú, la cena súper limitada, todos los días era la misma comida y malísima, muy mala atención,nunca más vuelvo a este hotel.

Ottimo staff cortese e gentile ma non basta a dare un voto positivo all’hotel. Posizione eccellente anche se attorno sembra una zona di guerra, colazione mediocre per qualità del cibo e per il caffè espresso imbevibile. Stanze piccole, climatizzazione da congelamento sul colpo, bagni obsoleti e camere completamente da rimodernare anche se pulite e confortevole lato letto.

Alloggio qui per lavoro e posso dire con piacere che il personale crea un ambiente di persone squisite gentili e disponibili . Il ristorante dove si fa anche colazione è a portata di mano del quale scrivo una nota positiva a favore di tutti ma soprattutto di Hassan e Mohamed Ali sempre molto gentili educati e disponibili che hanno reso il mio lungo soggiorno qui più gradevole. I had a great experience at Ibis breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious and fresh, including the drinks. The service was excellent, especially from Nassar, he was helpful and welcoming. I am looking forward for another visit in the future .

Good value for money. I loved this hotel for its beautiful view and because it is close to many malls, towers, and practical areas. Its cleanliness and the treatment of the staff and special breakfast. In particular, Nassar. I loved the stay. Thank you. Please note that the rooms are somewhat small in size

This hotel has a convenient location in city centre. You can walk to the Kuwait towers and the souqs. Within a few minutes there are also bus stops from where you can take buses elsewhere in the downtown and Salmiya too. Rather small, but comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Lawrence in the restaurant is very helpful, cannot recommend enough:) The 24 hour service is fast Great reception staff and security guy is great Highly recommend for a stay if in the city There is a lovely large park 5 min walking distance from here which is a great place to relax in the heat

The Ibis Kuwait Sharq offers a mixed experience. The staff here are commendable for their friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The breakfast provided is excellent, featuring a good variety of tasty options. However, the hotel falls short in a few areas. The rooms are notably small, providing a cramped feeling that might not suit everyone’s preferences. Additionally, the internet speed is slow, which can be a significant inconvenience for travelers needing reliable connectivity. The fitness area is also very limited, more of a small room than a fully equipped gym, which might disappoint fitness enthusiasts. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is decent for short stays.

I reached the hotel late evening after my evening flight from kuwait and I had already paid for the day. So my official check-in is 2 pm, max 3 pm. But when I visited the reception late evening 9 pm, I am told that room was not ready and was being cleaned. I was then advised to have my dinner and room will be ready in 30 minutes. But, it was not ready for the next 90 minutes and after my repeated complaints and display of frustration, i finally got my room cleaned. The Worst part of all this is - no one ever came to me (I was there for 3 days) apologizing and/or asking if everything was ok even once. This for me was the worst example of customer service ever!

Great place to stay, I suggest to add more plugin outlet to charge your devices by the bed
