We had two rooms. One good experience and one bad. The kids, age of 16, were happy with the room, hotel and related services. Specially restaurant, friendly service and sauna with swimming in a ice hole The me, the unhappy guest. My room (201) was freezing cold for the first two nights, from total four nights, and nobody did give a Damm about it Fist time complaining after the first night, reaction: ou the heating might be broken, we will check it Nothing concrete happened After the second freezing night, with all blankets in the room, second time complaining : ou no, we will bring you a heater as the heating is broken One heater brought, went to get an second one as the room was still cold Third and fourth night: ok Otherwise I agree, restaurant with good food,, polite and very friendly service 👍👍👍 Sauna and ice hole superb I was expecting some competition for two igloo nights, but no With this customer service from the hotel, I will not recommend it. Wij hadden een familiekamer met een stapelbed dat voor een 15 jarige te klein was. Kamermeisje was zelf op verlof vermoedde ik. Kamer heeft op 5 dagen maar 1 keer bezoek van haar gehad ook al hadden we het blad aan de receptie ingevuld dat we roomcleaning wilden. Verse Handdoeken moesten we zelf aan de receptie vragen. Ontbijt was goed, had alles wat je van een ontbijt verwacht. Diner was ook in orde, lekker en vriendelijke bediening.
