Hotel a Kutchan

"設施：這個酒店真的是二世谷的性價比之王啊，隔壁柏悦當時訂的時候沒有三人間，選了日航，雖然價格也不便宜，但是住宿體驗非常好。出門步行三分鐘到308，我們到的第一天晚上去看mountain lights，而且趕上了黃金週最後一天的煙花，感覺很不錯。 服務：每天含早餐，早餐衹要吃自製海鮮丼感覺就能吃出一套房啊，魚子海鮮飯札幌一碗應該就4000了，這邊隨便吃。晚餐和午餐因為柏悦不好訂，也在餐廳吃的，吃到了蝦夷鹿排，味道很不錯，全瘦肉，也有湯咖喱的選擇。 環境：酒店後面就是tree walk和tree trekking的森林，訂了活動定時去就可以。酒店的The Shop也有花火賣，晚上帶孩子放煙花，價格也是非常合適，主要是在北京根本不可能讓放煙花的。"

"I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year."

"I love it here. Facing mt yotei took a lot kf pictures with it. Its the best for solo travellers might come back here. Although far from hirafu and hanazono ski but theres a shuttle going back and forth for free!! I love the breakfast buffet also. Worth the money."

"La posizione è buona.Se il tempo è lucido, il paesaggio di Liu Mountain è il migliore, le strutture sono nuove, si può alloggiare confortevolmente.L'estate può essere relativamente economico, quindi si consiglia di evitare di andare."

"Questo hotel si trova perfettamente sulla strada più accademica, rendendolo super comodo per esplorare. Nuovamente ristrutturato, tutto si sente fresco e incredibilmente pulito. La stanza è completamente attrezzata, si può ottenere ciò che è necessario. Un grido speciale alla receptionista di Taiwan, lei era così utile e amichevole mi bambini ancora parlano di quanto li mancano! Molto consiglio di rimanere qui!"

"Andai a sciare. Prima di prenotare, stavo lottando tra Sansui e Park Hyatt. E sono davvero felice che abbiamo scelto Sansui. La posizione è grande, con molti ristoranti e supermercati vicini, e il servizio di navetta gratuita è semplicemente di prima posizione a Niseko. Amorevole il design dell'hotel, anche il lusso in un'area comune. Onsen è anche grande. La cosa che non ci piaceva è il colazione. Per il suo livello di prezzo, il colazione era troppo semplice (macchina di caffè plastica)."

"到二世古看雪玩雪但不滑雪的最好選擇，酒店很靜謐，有且只有18個房間，預訂的房間包含了早餐和晚餐，有會中文的台灣服務人員，一到酒店便詳細介紹了早晚餐的安排及酒店細節，早餐是中/西套餐2選1，晚餐有日式壽喜鍋/西式選擇（四個大人選了2份壽喜鍋，2份西餐，吃到撐，且都非常好吃）。 房間有75平，設計非常人性化，每個房間居然還有洗衣機，推開陽台門就可以看到羊蹄山雪景，可以邊泡温泉邊欣賞美景，真的非常值得住1-2晚體驗。 酒店還貼心的在大堂設有24小時茶水茶點 還有一個日本製造的手工藝品區域提供售賣。 酒店步行出門就有大片的雪地，小朋友可以玩兒得很嗨。 總之是非常難忘和值得推薦的日式旅館。"

"Oltre a tutto il vostro!L'ambiente di non essere innamorati è davvero troppo!Ci sono cucine, ristoranti e soggiorni al piano di sopra, e bagno al piano di sotto.A sei minuti di auto da Pirov, l'hotel ha un passaggio di carico per la neve, e viene chiamato, e un auto speciale."
