We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Taito (cute Japanese boy who speaks good english with a Thai accent! I mean this as a compliment). Was pleasantly surprised when he allowed us to check in even though we were 2 hours early. Shortly after entering our room, Taito personally knocked on the door to give us some items which my parents requested. He was also standing out there in the bright sun to say goodbye when we were loading our luggages into the rental car after checking out. I rate Taito's service and attitude: 5 Stars!!! Room had a kitchen with full set of appliances, utensils and crockery. Fridge had drinks, juices, milk, butter, jam, and even sausages for cooking. And there was a basket with cereal, apples, banana and 2 loaves of bread for our breakfast needs. Overall, this was a very nice and enjoyable stay. The only gripe I have is that the hotel did not allow me to make any change to my dates (not sure why as it was late April and not peak ski-ing season), even though I offered to make another booking first before cancelling(have done this sort of arrangement with other hotels in Hokkaido so I know it's possible). It would have been perfect if the hotel can offer some flexibility to their guests. After all, plans do change due to various reasons. Hope to be back in future and see that they're more flexible the next time round. Till then, thank you and cheers =)

Durante il mio soggiorno, mi hanno anche aiutato molto con le prenotazioni per cena, ecc. Ogni domanda o domanda che avevo incontrato è stata incontrata con un sorriso amichevole. Ovviamente, mi piaceva di nuovo molto la posizione. Era bello poter andare a molti negozi e ristoranti, e anche sciare in e fuori. Questa volta ho anche affittato una macchina e parcheggio a Maples era sempre disponibile e facile. L'hotel era sempre luminoso e pulito. My stay at Sansui Niseko was absolutely unforgettable! Set at the top of the main road in Niseko, the location couldn’t be better, with a spectacular view of Mount Yotei that’s especially breathtaking in the mornings. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms and a sleek, modern architectural design. Each bathroom had its own private ofuro (Japanese bath), adding a wonderful touch of Japanese luxury and relaxation to the stay. One of the best parts was our private onsen time, where we could truly unwind. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a real highlight - the sushi, prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, was phenomenal, easily some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Many thanks to Lily, Amelia, and the entire team; the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. While Niseko in the autumn is quieter, it’s a peaceful time to admire the beautiful foliage. Despite the serene atmosphere, the onsite café (open until 9) and souvenir shop kept things lively and convenient. Plus, the 24/7 fitness center was impressively well-equipped, a great bonus. Overall, every moment of my stay at Sansui Niseko was perfect, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

Il ristorante rame dell'hotel è grande, il cibo è delizioso e il suo relativamente economico. L'hotel potrebbe fare con un'altra opzione di cibo a basso costo, perché normalmente c'era una lunga coda da entrare. Mangiamo a Luke's in hotel una notte. Il servizio era eccellente, ma era un po'eccessivo.Alcuni pesci fritti, un lato di chips e un hamburger costano circa $A180. Il hamburger era buono e dato il luogo dove non mi importava di pagare $A50 per questo, ma il pesce a $A95 era piuttosto comune (olio e molto sale).La bottiglia più conveniente di vino era $A200. La colazione era buona, ma non grande - alcune opzioni di uova fresche cucinate avrebbero avuto buona. La neve era grande - ma pochi giorni le tracce superiori erano chiuse a causa del vento.
