It was a great hotel, and everything was on spot one of the great places I stayed within, had there a lot of fun and memories, but there were two main problems. The first one is that I didn't have the option to include breakfast in the order, I ordered dinner once at the restaurant there, and it was amazing, worth the money, and a wonderful experience, And the other problem is that the location is a bit of a walk uphill, and it has been hard every time when I got downtown and had to climb back over, btw the zip code was wrong, so I had a rough beginning, and very hard to find the place at the start so travelers, when you are getting there, search on google maps kane midory and follow that or get a taxi to the location, it should be around 1k yen from the bus station so it should help you a lot with that. Anyway, the staff was amazing and helped me a lot there, and I would be glad to come back soon and stay there again with the hope that I could include breakfast with my order next time; either way, I had a great time there, and the experience was amazing.

Ottimo soggiorno! L'hotel può essere vecchio ma le strutture sono aggiornate e pulite. Il servizio dal personale è anche in generale buono. 7 minuti a piedi al parco Sainokaiwara attraverso il corte corto. È a 15 minuti a piedi da Yubatake e dovrai andare su una cortina per arrivare all'hotel, può essere stressante per coloro con bagagli. Ci è un autobus da e dall'hotel a Yubatake ogni ora, si prega di consultare la foto. Ci sono anche un autobus per la stazione ferroviaria Takasaki, quindi chiedete ai dipendenti i dettagli. If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. I highly recommend it!

Excellent service. I will give 10 out of 5 if I could. There was a staff who rushed out to us and asked if we were going to stay at the Ryokan. Very helpful for lost travelers overwhelmed by the cold weather. Greeted us warmly when we arrived. Explained the important information to us as best as they could in English, which is perfectly fine. Room was big. Decorated meticulously in the traditional Japanese style. Yukata and Obi provided added on to the immersive experience. Dinner was exquisite. Dishes gave us a taste of what traditional Japanese cuisine was like. The food was sincere (didn’t feel like frozen / canned / ready made food), served and plated meticulously. There were 2 onsens, indoor and outdoor. They were clean and spacious enough. Water (I believe) is from the hot spring nearby and was immensely therapeutic. Ryokan was near the heart of the town and everything was within walking distance. Kindly shuttled us to the bus terminal when we checked out (we didn’t have to wait for fixed timings) and carried our (heavy) luggage. All in all, we enjoyed the one night stay very much and they set a high bar for Japanese hospitality.
