Stayed at the villa for one week,09 - 16.05 2024. Lovely small hotel in Kusadasi,5 minute walk to the shops,10 minutes to the marina.nice sheltered swimming pool with Sun loungers. The 3 brothers couldn’t do enough for us,very accommodating. Good breakfast buffet,small bar and secure,in a quiet part of town. Definitely will be using it again next time we’re in Kusadasi ***** Peter and Marjorie bauer

Went for one week solo to this hotel. Although it’s basic it’s spotless and has everything you need. The 3 brother owners always on hand with any questions etc. There is lovely authentic cafes, hairdresser, tailor on doorstep. 6 mins walk into centre but far enough out to be quiet safe area. I will definitely return to this little jewel in kusadasi Thanks again Yvonne

An amazing find. Family run by guys who really go the extra mile. Lovely pool area. Buffet breakfast is simple but very nice all the same. A refreshing change from large hotels. In a quiet area but easy walk into town (10 mins). First trip to Kusadasi - will be returning to Villa Fortin.

A simple pension type hotel run by three brothers who go above and beyond everyday. Rooms simple but functional. Room 11 overlooks pool has huge balcony and air con ( a must have). Lovely “community” style breakfast and bar area - we really enjoyed it in there talking to other holiday makers and the bothers. Breakfast simple but adequate. 10 min walk to centrum but far enough away to be non touristy

Just back from a holiday in villa fortin hotel, lovely friendly a**osphere the three brothers were very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to center all flat ground no hills which was great. I will definitely go back there

Really enjoyed the week at this hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, good fun too! Ideal location to restaurants and shops. The perfect hotel for a comfortable holiday. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Very Nixe Hotel, beautifully decorated, wide variety of plants ans flowers and with a clean and nice pool. The hotel staff was very kind, helped us with all questions and we had good conversations with them.

Please please take me back there now to spend some more quality time with the three nicest friendliest brothers you could meet.Nothing is too much trouble for these lads from bringing you more pillow’s to efes round the pool love it all being well be back next year

Just back from a lovely holiday. This pension/hotel is a well run family pension. Thank you to the three brothers akman, orhan and efe who looked after us very well during our stay. This is a city hotel so expect a little noise but nothing intrusive. The pool is a sun trap and a lovely area to relax. Easy to get to the sea front and port. Plenty of beaches and other places to visit using minibus (dolmus) which can be found close to this hotel. Breakfasts are typical turkish and there are other snacks on offer which are good so worth a try. Bedroom although basiic was clean and comfortable.
