Attentive staff went above and beyond especially selim and his team were outstanding, couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you to the general manager for making check out extremely easy and stress free for a late flight. Great rooms and great prices, will hopefully see you soon. Darren and Lisa

You are letting yourselves down by advertising this hotel the way you are. The picture of the beautiful dining room pictured on your website is now not owned by the hotel!!!!! Pool bar, a sign saying pool bar - its NEVER OPEN! The lush lawned garden area pictured on your website is NOT the case anymore! There are weeds everywhere not to the standard portrayed on your website. Two hammocks, which are not fit for purpose, one having a whole through. On our first evening, we arrived approximately 9 got shown to our rooms, the rooms are lovely and spacious. Ours was very very dark, needed to use the lights all the time. I dont feel your tui representative is being truthful with what they are seeing. Do they do regular spot checks!? Like a basic need for paper towels in the poolside toilets? As there wasnt any there for two days, so we ended up using our room. Very very disappointing.

The hotel I quite ‘tired’ in need of updating….that said the suites are really good , modern and spacious. Be warned….there is an air conditioning unit in the sitting room only….there is a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. We arrived late at night and the fan didn’t work. We were told it was for decorative purposes only. There was a switch on the wall! At breakfast after asking around I found that the fans do work! We asked if ours could be repaired and was told no….. Nor could the hotel supply us with another individual fan. We could not change rooms for 2 days so opted to stay put. Position of hotel excellent . Beach opposite hotel was not serviced….too early to put out sun beds! ( a week ago and very hot) food passable only ….very little vegetables and chips served at breakfast!

Arriving via a Newmarket tour that started from Istanbul. We didn't expect to get the best rooms in the hotel. And even though the suites were spacious, a few of us were herded into rooms virtually adjoining another hotel next door . Trees growing between the hotels provided privacy. But made things even darker. Otherwise the hotel is clean and located in a convenient position for the beach , shops and restaurants. My advice is to view the rooms first and opening the curtains .

I like the attentive staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner inclusion. I would have given it 5 star but the WiFi is spotty in the room

Excellent stay Rooms beautiful Staff friendly Awesome food Great location Most staff spoke English and were very helpful when needed Close to shops, stalls, restaurants ect Dj could have played more Turkish pop the live band was great Overall excellent We return and recommend.

This place is the best, child free, food morning and night. Different meats salads, desserts Service is beyond. Housekeeper saw I needed a bed under the air-conditioning and set it up beautifully for me English language is fluent Close to beach and shopping

We were situated in a ground floor room which was quite dark but lovely and cool. Good sized rooms in the suite. Air con was great. Didn’t reach bedroom but the ceiling fan was more than adequate at keeping bedroom lovely and cool. Could do with a full length mirror in the room. Pool was lovely and refreshing and sun loungers plentiful. Area is kept spotless by a lovely man each evening. Slight gripe was the lifeguard who played the music too loud on three of the days but we could have sat further away. Food was super and not one meal was repeated all two weeks. Plenty of choice and some fab meze in the evenings. The staff were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, courteous, spoke great English and could not do enough for you. In particular all of the waiting/bar staff were just superb. Had lunch most days at the pool bar which was lovely. Yes there is just one restaurant but that is down to Tui for not updating. Hotel is perfectly situated for the many restaurants and bars for a drink in the evening. There was good entertainment each Friday evening with a live band. Yes there are cats but there are cats everywhere in Turkey. They are clean and very sweet. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Room ok looking over the gardens. The problem for us was the food. Very few vegetarian options. The concept of not eating meat or fish is quite alien to this hotel on the six nights we were there we had salad and chips 3 nights and tomato and pasta the other three. Plenty of salads but cheese is the only veggie protein option. Breakfast was ok but bread choices were very limited . We also had to put up with two lots of music blaring out from neighbouring restaurants.. Room was very clean but having to walk past two dirty mattresses in the corridor did nothing for the ambiance of the hotel.
