Resort Amanzi

We stayed at Amanzi, and from the moment we arrived, it was a different experience. Despite this, we remained positive. We had planned to book the rooms after checking out the property, but at the gate, they stopped us and demanded a cover charge of Rs 1000 to enter. Inside, the conversation was constantly centred around money. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed more concerned about making money than about providing a warm welcome. Our first room, which cost Rs 22000, had a broken bathroom gate and an open balcony door. When we informed them that we couldn’t stay there, they sent a carpenter to fix it. However, when we asked why they were wasting our time, they argued and then gave us another room, which was even a downgrade from the one we had chosen. Even on our bad experience, they didn’t offer to upgrade the room, which is a clear sign of a lack of hospitality. There were many other issues, including no hot water in the washrooms, staff who weren’t trained for professionalism, and no room for the driver. We had to pay for the driver’s food from their restaurant, which cost us Rs 2000 for a single meal, as there was nothing near the property. To add insult to injury, we gave him a pre-made tea from the buffet, only to find that it had been added to the bill without our knowledge. They truly lack basic humanity. Also want to add if you are checking room pictures, they have included the common areas pictures in the rooms images, the room is very small.

We traveled to Amanzi in monsoon for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely worth it. The location, food, service everything is top notch. Loved the view and vicinity which is very well maintained and has lovely staff members. We specially loved the food. We had all meals inclusive plan and their live counters as well as buffets are a wow!! Cherry on the top was availability of the electric vehicle charging points for us.

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at Amanzi and chose to stay in The Cocoon — it couldn’t have been more perfect! The room is just as stunning as the pictures, offering a warm, private, and luxurious escape to truly unwind together. The hospitality was so thoughtful, the food was delicious, and every little detail made us feel cared for. It was such a memorable experience — one we’ll treasure for a long time! Thank you Amanzi 🫶

The venue itself is breathtaking , the hospitality the ambiance the food the staff to the rooms everything about it is par excellence . To have smthing like this close to Mumbai is literally a piece of heaven next to us . Once you are there one doesn’t feel you are in Mumbai / India - it’s a very Bali feel and everything is beautifully curated around the most sooting vibe . Absolutely loved every minute spent . Thank you Amanzi and the warmest Host who make the stay so seamlessly beautiful.

It was my bestie’s birthday and we girls decided to just relax and unwind and spend some special time together. Just found Amanzi in a reel on instagram and Thank God I did! Right from making the online reservations with their team to all the coordination from the team via WhatsApp was seamless and so helpful. The warm welcome by Tushna was so sweet. She as forever ready to help and also was just looking after each guest who was there with her personal brand of friendship and kind words. The service from the word go was immaculate! Amit, Kartik, Raj & everyone else in the team were all so kind, helpful and polite. The birthday girl was surprised with the decor and flowers and cake that was so sweetly presented by the team at Amanzi. We got a special surprise when Rahul from the core team invited us to enjoy our dinner to the exclusive glass house dining room as a complimentary gesture for the celebrations! We were so touched and humbled. Every meal was delightful. The thoughtfully curated buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner are well presented and served with so much warmth and love. The taste and freshness and variety of the food is great. Rahul took our feedback with so much respect and positivity and we are sure that a few tweaks here and there will be looked into earnestly. The housekeeping is immaculate and everyone actually makes that special effort to keep the spaces outdoors and indoors so neat and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful at the property and you don’t need to go anywhere else once u have arrived at Amanzi. The old stone sculptures, the open vistas, the unobstructed view of the Pawna waters and hills with clouds that come down like sheer veils, the greens all around, sounds of birds and insects & nothing else but serene silence… AMANZI is definitely a space for nature lovers and those who value their me-time and healing of the heart, mind and spirit. This is the perfect place for self reflection, relaxation and rejuvenation. And while there are no tv’s in any space (thank god for that!) the WiFi works exceptionally well through out the property. The lounge is one space you ought to spend some time at. My friend and I spent the afternoon there enjoying ginger masala chai and cookies and a game of scrabble. There’s a lovely bookshelf and lotsa board games in a very stylish and comfy ambience for you to just enjoy the expanded vistas of green and the pool view while reading or just meditating or spending special time with family and friends. We also enjoyed a fabulous massage at the in-house spa. The therapists Lily & Jasmine were fantastic at the signature massages and I would definitely recommend a spa massage at Amanzi whilst you are there. Is a perfect getaway treat to yourself. We bumped into Mr Vijay Punjabi, the owner of the property a little before our departure. We aren’t surprised why AMANZI is what it is. The leader himself is so humble, kind and focused on good quality on every level
