Hotel Dolphin Grand

ガンジス川 Harishchandra Ghatに近く、Godowaliaも徒歩圏内なので観光には最適なホテルの一つです。 ホテル受付のスタッフも親切で、Uberで呼んだタクシーの運転手とのやり取りも助けていただきました。

이 도시에서 보기드문 양호한 호텔입니다 방이 넓은편 이었고 침구나 모든 비품들이 깔끔했습니다 다른도시 같으면 평범 할지 몰라도 여기선 아주 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

Nice hotel. Clean and nice bedroom. Big and new which is not common in Varanasi. Staff very kind and helpful. Restaurant a little dark and not as new as the rooms. Totally worthy to stay. Is relaxing going back to this hotel after the intensity of Varanasi day life.

Stay is extraordinary, interior is good. Bed sheets and pillows are net and clean .food is fabulous, staff is very very caring and friendly and specialty thanks to Deepa mam for treating as a special guest Over all experience is outstanding

Literally the best service I received in more than two weeks in India, going around to a handful of cities staying at hotels and Airbnbs that were all pretty nice. The food was truly fantastic (yes, even a hotel buffet!), and everyone from the front desk workers to the attentive servers in the restaurant to the door*** seemed to go above and beyond to help us out and make our stay pleasant. The building itself looks very unassuming from the chaotic street, but the soundproofing and views were great. When there was an issue with maintenance in my room and I asked to be moved, it was done within 5 minutes of my request. I would 1000% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Varanasi. The only constructive criticism I have is that the in-room massage therapists need more training to match the service quality of the rest of the hotel staff. My friend and I both got massages, and his therapist took four phone calls during the massage. Mine took only one call, but spent half of the time watching videos on her phone while half-heartedly massaging me. She also asked me for a bottle of water from my fridge before starting the massage. Not really an issue to provide that to her, but unclear why she needed it, since she didn’t actually finish the water, and left it on the table when she left. The price was extremely affordable, but frankly, I’d happily pay more for a massage that was as good what the rest of the hotel provided.

The hotel Dolphin Grand in Varanasi is a hidden gem. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were courteous- always smiling and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was really good. Highly recommended!
