La signora capo è molto utile e amichevole. Ci aiutano con il nostro bagaglio, ci mostrano dove mangiare, e ci aiutano con il tessuto di entrata. La camera da letto è molto pulita, e questo Airbnb è a soli 3 minuti a piedi da Zhou.
Posso dire che la signora capo ama davvero quello che sta facendo, accoglie tutti gli ospiti con un sorriso e un caldo, ci ha accolti con dei cibo e dei frutti,

LlschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

UUtente ospiteI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Ambiente: 1. A poche decine di metri dalla biglietteria della Shen Hall, molto comodo. 2. Il piccolo cortile di fronte al B&B è bellissimo, perfetto per scattare foto e fare il check-in.

UUtente ospiteMi sono soffocato dalla Crowne Plaza. Mi sono fermato per lavoro, ma è stato il mio compleanno mentre ero lì. Mi sono chiesto se volessero migliorare la mia stanza perché era il mio compleanno, ma hanno finto di non capire (ho usato l'inglese). La stanza era buona, ma il telaio non era pulito. Era molto caldo mentre ero lì, ma il condizionatore d’aria non era in posizione, la temperatura della stanza non cambiava mai. Anche se sembra super freddo nelle immagini con un grosso angolo di vetro infinito, era molto fugace. All’interno della piscina le tessere caddevano dai bordi - c’era anche un segno di riconoscere questo. Il mio compleanno sono salito per un massaggio. Dovevo andare in fondo per trovare una signora e lei mi fece sentire come se avessi disturbato il suo tempo di telefono, e poi era al telefono mentre mi faceva un massaggio, il massaggio stesso era il più brutto massaggio che abbia mai avuto in tutta la mia vita. Non mi massaggiò la pelle molto meno i miei muscoli, e le luci erano piene di luci, e non c'era molto, solo i suoni provenivano dalla sala di peso che era intorno all'angolo. UUtente ospiteQuesto è un posto incantevole di fronte a un canale nella città vecchia. La stanza includeva alcuni tocchi tradizionali, come un tavolo da tè e posti a sedere tradizionali. È un buon posto dove trascorrere un paio di notti e conoscere la città vecchia. Tieni presente che se lasci la città vecchia, devi acquistare un biglietto per rientrare. Inoltre, i trasporti pubblici per la città sono un po' limitati. Sfortunatamente, questo posto è apparso in una ricerca di posti a Suzhou, quindi non ci siamo resi conto di dove si trovasse e abbiamo prenotato troppe notti. Tuttavia, per un paio di notti a ZhouZhuang, è incantevole!

PPengchengwanli72888城市便捷酒店連鎖店，我住過很多城市，崑山這一家説心裡話，失望到家了，原因就是極度臟亂差，電視機上，座椅上，桌子上，沙發上，床上臟污及床上用品破損和枕頭芯發腐變酶，衞生間異味特別大，難道房嫂清掃衞生衹是拖個地，拖把也沒有洗！換個被單枕套就完事嗎？？？房間那麼大那麼明顯的油污臟污看不見嗎！經過了幾個小時溝通，最後豪華雙床給升級了豪華家庭房，在此期間攜程有沒有囑咐把房間在清掃一下在給予客人，我們重新再前台辦理完入住後進去房間，發現床上用品破損，床頭上，沙發等都是灰，找了前台，讓保安大叔戴的清潔劑和麻布過來清掃的，這事跟保安有啥關係呢？需要讓人給你擦屁股嗎！這個房嫂我的建議是能幹就幹，不能抓緊走人，這衞生做的真的超級差，拿着那個清潔工資不臉紅嗎？這個店老闆是新接手沒關係，用人方面需要考慮考慮了！這衞生如果長期這樣下去，早晚被某人拖黃！！！！

SStanley The Travel ManI arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner. I didn’t and still don’t have an eSIM that can make local call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free. I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands. I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.
I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop to Suzhou which was my next destination.
This operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.
After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge . If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass. Do check with the owner for up to date information.
The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.
Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. . There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy. It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances.
The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.
This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.
I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket.
