La personne à la réception a vraiment été au top !
La chambre est très insonorisée, la douche propre et agréable. Seul point négatif est l'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, qu'on a eu du mal à enlever malgré la fenêtre ouverte.
Le quartier n'est pas animé, le quartier se trouve en périphérie mais il y a un métro à proximité !

Grande posto! Sono stato molto aiutato dal personale di contro che ha fissato WeChat per viaggiare in metro e autobus. Koi Su e il suo collega maschile che abbiamo dimenticato di prendere il nome sono stati molto utili. Anche la signora del conte che ci ha controllati è molto piacevole e ci ha dato molte opzioni di aggiornamento per colazione. Amiamo il tè del club esecutivo di sera e godiamo le nostre nuote e palestra. L'ospitalità del personale era eccellente, tra cui la signora che ha fatto la piscina di notte e ci ha aiutato a fornire google quando i nostri google sono rotti. La posizione è anche perfetta per viaggiare con trasporto all'aeroporto facilmente arrangiato con il personale. La camera è grande e confortevole. In generale una soggiorno estremamente piacevole.

La posizione era grande a pochi passi dal centro commerciale e dispone di molti piatti.
La stanza era pulita.
Il personale Jack, che era stato molto amichevole e che aveva mostrato preoccupazione per l'ospite, ci ricordava il tempo e la diminuzione della temperatura e ci ha presentato l'ambiente dell'hotel.
Area di miglioramento:
1. La mancanza di conoscenza delle strutture - quando abbiamo chiesto di accedere alla carta alla sala da ginnastica e lavanderia, uno dei dipendenti ha insistito che non era necessario accedere alla carta quando era richiesto l'accesso alla carta. Ci ha anche chiesto se fossimo andati al posto giusto.
2. Atteggiamento di servizio - abbiamo chiesto aiuto con l'indirizzo dell'hotel e un numero di telefono locale per l'app di consegna. Un ricevitore maschile ha mostrato grande impazienza di aiutarci (squarto e rullato gli occhi) proprio davanti a noi. Questo ci ha davvero deluso, perché ci aspettava un servizio migliore.

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

DDexter50000Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere all'hotel durante la prima settimana del settembre 2024 e devo dire che era un'esperienza che superava le mie aspettative. Da quando sono entrato nel lobby, sono stato attratto dall'incredibile design estetico dell'hotel. La combinazione di eleganti moderni con architettura unica ha creato un'atmosfera che si sentiva sia lussuosa che accogliente.
L'hotel si trova a buon mercato accanto a un lussuoso centro commerciale, nel seminterrato, dove si possono acquistare prati, pasticceria e frutta internazionali. Gli ospiti possono anche avvicinarsi ad altri centri intorno alla zona o ad un mercato di giovenche notturno che si apre tardi alla notte.
Il buffet ha offerto una vasta selezione di pasticceria, frutta fresca, pancake, uova cucinate per ordinare, e una serie di piatti come congee con spezie Yunnan. Il cibo era buono per un buffet, con il personale che si assicurava che il buffet fosse ben riempito e pulito.
Il servizio che si separa davvero dall'hotel è il suo servizio. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale era caldo e attento, assicurandomi che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte. PplushparadiseState confortevoli per una fermata notturna prima di un volo precoce il giorno successivo, era una soggiorno confortevole. Le foglie erano belle e morbide. Il bagno e le docce sono costruite in modo che siano cubici individuali, quindi il cubico doccia non ha nessun posto dove Rivestimenti/toaletti, ecc. tutte le attrezzature fornite, e c’è un lavandino con asciugabiancheria per ordinare il lavandino prima di continuare il viaggio.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it's a “auto pool” system, must book at the time of check in.
La cena di notte è una bolla di mio Xian, fondamentale. È una bolla calda per tenerti in marcia. Non ci sono opzioni alimentari intorno all'esterno dell'edificio.

Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci i nostri bagagli Ci ha anche insegnato come effettuare un ordine per ottenere sconti Anche se la strada è direttamente al piano di sotto, l'isolamento acustico è molto buono Non appena esci dall'ascensore al secondo piano L'ampia terrazza è dove di solito puoi comprare del tè al latte e fare un barbecue con i tuoi amici, sederti lì, chiacchierare e mangiare, il che è molto bello. Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

UUtente ospiteLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me.
Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it.
The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

UUtente ospiteIl miglior ostello della gioventù in cui abbia mai soggiornato in Cina! La posizione è molto buona, proprio accanto al Green Lake. Tutti gli spazi pubblici sono molto belli. Il ristorante al terzo piano è delizioso e non costoso. Non mi aspettavo che questo fosse il ristorante dove mangio di più a Kunming.
