Vista panoramica? Non esisteva, non potevo disturbare con lo staff perché ero qui per 1 notte. Penso che dovresti essere più onesto nella tua descrizione. Inoltre lo staff non parla inglese ma si guardano l'un l'altro come per dire chi la aiuterà? Mi sono sentito davvero a disagio.

Ottimo posto dove stare a Kunming! Siamo stati fortunati e siamo stati trasferiti in una camera con un piccolo cortile che era molto bella. La pressione della doccia era fantastica e il letto era super comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che tu possa fare il bucato gratuitamente al piano di sopra e che abbiano spazio per asciugare i vestiti all'aria o utilizzare l'asciugatrice. Hanno tè caldo e snack gratuitamente vicino alla reception. Nel complesso è stato fantastico e l'area circostante aveva abbastanza scelta di cibo e accanto all'hotel c'era un bel parco, perfetto per una passeggiata serale.

Room is very small is preferred for just one night. Location is good where you can access everything easily.

This hotel locates at one of the best location in Kunming. Right across the street, there's a beautiful lake called Emerald Lake (Cui Hu). There are a lot of seagulls in the winter and is a major attraction. My room has a view of the lake, and I could have a cup of coffee under the sunshine watching the lake and the people exercising or just having fun near the lake. Unfortunately I arranged too many sightseeing activities for this trip that I didn't have a chance for that. The staff here are wonderful: friendly, courteous, and resourceful, and answered all my questions as quickly as possible. The breakfast provided with my booking is wonderful as well. There are Western-styled food (continental breakfast), Chinese food, and local delicacies. I thoroughly enjoyed the local food.

Small rooms, but we love their design compared to the other hotels in Kunming. They have free snacks, soft beverages, and late night snacks. Family friendly hotel.

Citigo near to Chui Hu is perfect for traveller in KunMing, location very strategic, near to most of the travel spot ie chui hu (right opposite), yunnna university (just next to it), Kunming old street within 15 mins walking distance or rmb 8-9 with didi. Love this place. No doubt room is a bit small but it’s quite okay for 2 person! Breakfast is good! Lunch (extra fees) worth trying too! I would recommend this hotel to travellers who would like to visit kunming.

I would definitely recommend CitiGo hotel. The service staff were all very friendly and helpful. My sister and her friend arrived in the early hour of the morning to the hotel. The staff was very kind to arrange an early check in for them so that they could take a nap comfortably in the room instead of resting at the sofa area of the hotel. The staff also arranged access to its gym for my daughter at 7.30am although the gym opens only at 10am. There was a wide spread of food at their buffet breakfast. Little gestures by the hotel like provision of small tube of hand cream (placed at the staff counter) was very much appreciated and it shows the hospitality and generosity of the hotel owner. We also realised that they serve wanton soup for supper to its guests. We were full from dinner to try it although it does look and smell delicious. Yes would come back to this hotel if I visit Kunming again.

Room was nice with super cool location, just by the lake side. Super nice service from staff especially Miss Lucy (露仔) who took care of our check in, other staff also nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and my next Kunming visit.

The manager, Ms Yang, was always helpful and supportive to fulfil our needs.

Great location right next to Cui Hu. The rooms were quite small but good value for money for a quick 2 night stay.

Great service, friendly staff, facilities that give us what we need, clean modern well designed and comfortable rooms. Good location in city. My children wanted to stay longer!

The hotel was quite far from the metro around 800 m in which there were steep roads as well. But it was really really close to the park so I would recommend to people who love to go to the park. It had a calm atmosphere which was really good. The staff were helpful with the late check in which we appreciated very much. The room was quite small but it had everything necessary.
