Breakfast was good. Check in had some issue but the manager resolved it quickly. However bathroom quite small. No one helped with luggages at the entrance to and from the cab when we reach the hotel and left the hotel

Beyond amazing, if only I can give more than 5*! Affordably priced for a very comfy and luxurious hotel. Bed is hard in a good way. Mid sized room (doesn’t feel small). Concierge/room check in staff were very hospitable and efficient. Thank you Lily Rui for the service! Would come again.

I had a wonderful stay at JEN Hotel in Kunming. All The Front Desk, F&B and Staffs at Swimming Pool & Gym were very helpful. They took Additional care to prepare Halal Foods for us upon our request. The Hotel has very easy accessible for transportation. I had booked again for my returned journey to Kunming. Thank You once again to the Team...👍👌

Awesome location next to line 3 of MtR! Really new hotel and service was excellent. Price is reasonable so I will stay here again!!

Every staff working in this hotel are very helpful, very patient and always with smile. Check-in was fast and efficient and spent quite a lot of time to help us to retrieve the Golden Circle membership from record. Food at the restaurant is good and have many choices. Room is clean, facilities are new and high-tech. Staff working at the concierge also perform well, especially willing to go outside for guiding our taxi to go inside the hotel lobby. I have re-confirmed with the hotel to check-in again after my tour to Dali, even though I have to cancel my original booking in another hotel. Staff performs well and with passion, hope that the headquarter could provide some more training in order to well prepare for the foreign visitors.

Hotel is new, rooms are clean with amenities provided. Location is great - next to metro station. Breakfast spread is good mix of international and local delights - very enjoyable. Service staff (Regan and Curry) were attentive and helpful, arranging for transport and luggage transfer. We will certainly return in next visit.

Great location and very convenience for taking the public transport to move around the city. Only thing is the restaurant and swimming pools are not yet open.
