Xi'erman Hotel (Haile World Branch, Guandu District, Kunming)

If you have more options, definitely I wouldn’t recommend you to book on this hotel. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff is kind, if you need something they will try to help you. The room… what can I say. There are worse places, but for the money that it was, it’s not worth. Even the hotel is from 2023 (at least this is what Trip.com says), the rooms looks much more older, walls/floors are dirty and many stuffs are broken (you can check yourself on pictures) The breakfast is not good. There is only little breads, glutinous rice, cold noodles, sweat potato and one industrial cake. There is no milk (we asked for it and they hadn’t), there is no coffee… WARNING: Trip.com says breakfast is under payment as “extra”, and for high members it is a “gift” but this is not true. This kind of poor breakfast is a free breakfast for all the guests in the hotel, so do not think that there is a decent breakfast as it’s under payment because it’s just a free poor thing for every guest.

酒店大堂裝修的很不錯，是我喜歡的風格。前台服務很好，給我免費升級了房型，房間衞生乾淨，也很寬敞，設施齊全，空調也很給力，住的舒服。性價比超高，值得我推薦一下

酒店環境整潔，還有停車場很大，房間佈局也是堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，主要是價格還很合理。
