We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fariyas in Lonavala! The hospitality of this place was top notch! We were always greeted with a smile wherever we went. The staff is really good. Omkar, Ashish, Zoe, Subhodeep and Sejal are a few names that come to my mind for their impeccable hospitality and service. We opted for buffet breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and the spread was huge with so many choices! The water park was well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The rooms were spotless. The kids play area was well maintained and my 17 month old loved playing in the ball pool. My husband enjoyed his swim in the indoor temperature controlled pool. Three days went by in a jiffy and we look forward to visiting Fariyas again! It's the best place for a family vacation in Lonavala, especially if you have kids!

I travelled with my 1 year old son. Had a good review from my sister travelled here with her kids and I was happy to have come here for my leisure stay. The hospitality is top notch with no scope for complaints.. all the staff is on their toes to help the guests with their requests. The room is big enough with comfortable bed, sofa and also bath tub in the bathroom. Room is accompanied with a balcony with nice hill view. Enjoyed the food both in buffet breakfast and at the Asian restaurant. There is a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool which makes it a good place to spend time during the stay.. highly recommended specifically if travelling with kids. Staff: Special mention to restaurant staff Omkar, Radha Madhav, Manager Rajesh, Chef Satya for all the hospitality and the brilliant way they played and entertained with my kid!! A big thank you for making this trip a memorable one!

Lovely stay, very scenic mountain view from the room especially during the monsoon. Well managed hotel, clean rooms- credit to Chandrakant, Suresh and Hemanti for maintaining the rooms. Great service at the breakfast buffet by Rafiul and Abul. Very tasty breakfast. Overall very attentive staff.

We recently stayed at Fariyas resort Lonavala and the stay was exceptionally amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant staff, in particular, deserve special recognition. Abul, our server, was genuinely eager to make our dining experience exceptional. The restaurant manager, Harish, also left a lasting impression. He checked in on us multiple times, ensuring we were satisfied and addressing any questions or concerns we had with a smile on his face. Overall, this hotel and its restaurant staff, especially Abul and Harish, have set a new standard for hospitality and made our stay truly memorable. I cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Furthermore, the housekeeping team is also commendable for keeping the surroundings and our room clean n organized. I would like to mention Pawan from housekeeping team for always being so proactive and courteous in his approach. We have visited almost 25 countries Internationally, as my wife and I love to travel, and I must say that Fariyas has exceeded the hospitality standards of some of the best Hotels around the globe. We had a two nights booking initially which we extended further for 2 more nights to enjoy the delectable food, beautiful view and outstanding hospitality by each n every staff at Fariyas. Kudos !!

Nice and safe location, Excellent neat and clean facility and polite professional staffs . Food quality is good and tasty food. Facility is designed by keeping guest safety in every aspect. Recommended for family outing, business meeting and weekend outing with friends.
