The hotel room is comfortable, the scenery is great, you can see Mount KK, and the weather is cool.

Good facilities and is also recommended for those who would like to have a Kinabalu Mountain. The check-in was easy and very fast. Accessible to Kundasang town easily. The magnificient view of Kundasan and Kinabalu mountain.

The view was incredible. We got a room facing Mount Kinabalu. Worth it. The room is big & clean.

Location is very nice. Near to Kundasang village. The hotel is recently renovated. The view from the room is amazing. There's a dinner buffet offered during our stay which is during Ramadan. They also cater Sahur or early breakfast. Parking also not a problem. Scenery around the hotel also very nice. Overall very recommended place to stay if you visit Kundasang.

The location was perfect with nice Mount Kinabalu view. Staff good and helpful. Room was nice, but it would be nicer if this hotel provides free breakfast for their costumer.

1st night stayed at Chalet 3, one Queen Bed...the mountain view stucked with the pine trees 🎄🎄🎄 water heater in good condition...no extra socket so if U come here PLS bring Ur own pin plug orelse no tv while charging Ur fon.

Good service from reception Jayce and housekeeping trainee girl from Semporna (didnt get the name)... Very helpful and fast action.. Management have to look into the qibla sign in the cottage... Fresh room after renovations..

I love this hotel eventhough some people say this hotel is old hotel but when I reach here, this hotel is under renovation but almost 70% complete. Really beautiful surrounding, And the most thing, food is very nice and cheap. I love all the food especially Buttermilk prawn and the ayam goreng. Poridge also nice and the taste same like bubur Mcd. Those who come here, I advice you no need to eat outside for dinner, just having it here at the hotel. For those who book for chalet you have to cross the hotel Jambatan Gantung and you can feel the experience pull your luggage through the jambatan. All the staff are very nice and really helping. Tq to all of them. Will come here again in future.
