Cosy environment in the reception. Staff is mostly kind with great service. Not a lot of hot dish for the breakfast buffet but the food is nice overall.

服務極差，前台業務水平太差。我攜程已經訂好7月24日、25日兩晚的房間24日入住當天但兒子又在官網重複預訂了25日房間當時立即到前台找工作人員處理問題得到的回覆是説晚上不能操作取消預訂讓我們25日早上9點再到前台處理。25日9點我們準時到前台辦理取消手續再三問工作人員是否已經取消並得到確認回覆但在25日晚上我信用卡已經被扣款，26號早上我們到前台要求處理此事但前台人員説他們根本無法取消訂單直到酒店經理出來處理也是草草打發我們。希爾頓酒店是我住過最最差的酒店

Nice rooms, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, good food. I have stayed at all hotels in Örebro and highly recommend this one. Perfectly clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast leaves nothing to wish for. The only minus is the casting instructions from device to TV. Does not work.

I will never stay in Scandic Örebro Central igen the dinner is cold, served with chips who dony even fit the meal. But the worst part is the service i was putting my work clothes for laundry, because i should live here in 15 days. And ended up with a bill for 1000 sek for laundry. And they didnt tell me the use a company from outside and it will cost a kick in the balls for laundry to one machine . Never ever again this was such a bad experience in all categories

The hotel was nice and elegant. Nice view from the room. Cleaner knocked the rooms door several times in the morning and asked when we are going to leave. That was annoying and disturbed our relaxing morning. It felt like we weren’t allowed to enjoy our vacation and had to hurry away.
