hotel un po' vecchiotto .. il bagno orribile però poi tutto il resto è più che buono camere grandi con patio ,ok la cena la bella piscina .. stupendo il tramonto da lì ottima area massaggi ... relax e pace giardini curati e servizio attento e gentile

Whispering Palms is well located and in a nice position directly overlooking the backwaters. It is a family friendly hotel with good amenities for children. Not really a couples destination as too noisy with so many children staying. Staff friendly but not super attentive.

Good hotel but restaurant needs to have some mistakes fans or some ACs as lot of humidity and hot weather even in end of March. The buffet breakfast is just ok and nothing great! Room internet fluctuates and is definitely not hi-speed. Our room door got jammed and on escalation they moved us to a suite room. Bathrooms can be done better and didn't have any glass to keep toothbrush etc near wash basin. Staff are courteous but they surprisingly do not accept Amex cards!

Whilst on a trip through Kerala we stopped at the Whispering Palm resort. The hotel is a high standard, set in beautiful grounds. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a pool which has amazing views and is the best place to sit and relax as the sun goes down. The restaurant serves great food all freshly prepared. We would highly recommended this resort to stay at.

This was our third stay at an Abad hotels and all have been good, which, like the Whispering Palms I have rated 4 stars. The hotel has a beautiful 'Kerala vibe', relaxed, great staff, efficient and friendly. The rooms here are lovely, spacious and unique although the woodwork is all rather tired. The food is ok but not amazing. The grounds are magnificent and the location is stunning. I would stay here again, especially as there is so much to do locally. One point I would like to make is that in all seven hotels we have stayed in, do not have toilet facilities for the tour drivers - these hotels all deal with tourists travelling around India, but drivers are not allowed in the hotel. I feel the hotels should provide a washroom.

It's a decent and spacious property with nice view. However, the service was very laid back and lethargic. There was a pipe leak in the washroom and noone even bothered to get back to us even after complaining about it. We had to call them multiple times, and even if u ask for a laundry bag, they would give it to you after 20-25 mins.

Simply Awesome !!! Authentic to their very status category as a Hotel. Excellent staff and property. I booked three rooms, two garden villas and one pool villa. The garden villas felt a bit dated but i guess they were going for the rustic look. One of them had a plumbing issue, but the staff were quick to act and arranged to clean right after. the pool villa was excellent, very good privacy, private pool, and a living room+ bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower. Was very comfortable. The restaurant, front office , maintenance, security, & housekeeping staff were all pleasant and helpful. This shows the commitment to good service from the management. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the restaurant was good as well. We did try local restaurants for lunch. Only gripe i had with the property was the slow wifi. and maybe the bicycles in need of urgent repair. But overall i would rate the property 8/10 it definitely isn't a 5 star property but the staff make you feel like royalty.

During October 2023 I stayed here with my family for 2 days. Room was very clean, I got a room just in front of the lake so view was awesome. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic. They even arranged a boat ride for us which was an added benefit. Food was also great. I had absolutely great time staying here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
