Hotel a Kumamoto, Kita Ward

Quite cozy hotel, I booked the Japanese room and it was very warm and comfortable. The only downside is they don’t allow tattoos in the onsen, even if you are a foreigner, hope this prejudice in Japan will vanish soon.

車パーキングがちょっと狭くて、難しいですね。基本的にもんだいないですが、夜に着くと黒い大きな石は見にくいですし、もうちょっと問題ないようにできないかと考えました。それ以外は小さなことですが、ブランケットは背が高い人には小さいのでスペアがあればたすかります。

Очень приятное и душевное место. Хозяйка замечательная, очень внимательная и хотела помочь. Остались хорошие воспоминания после проживания в этом рекане

In termini di prezzo, questo tipo di camera di mais giapponese è un grande spazio Due persone vivono abbastanza grande per aprire completamente la valigia. Ma nella stanza c'è solo un bagno senza difesa indipendente. I bagni vanno in sala pubblica o in bagno privato Il vento privato non sarà abbastanza utile per la fila. La calda e'anche molto comoda. Il personale di servizio è molto atteggiato, il servizio è molto apprezzato e paziente La lingua non è comprensibile e è molto paziente con l'uso dell'app di traduzione per comunicare con noi Grazie mille, anche molto soddisfatto della vostra abitazione. La colazione e la cena dell'hotel sono deliziosi. Pensavo che fosse un po' costoso vivere e che fosse molto valsa la pena!

All staffs are nice and the room is tidy. We stayed with in room onsen was super nice. The check out time showed from trip.com was 12:00 but actually should be 10:00.

I honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys

Очень красивый и стильный отель. Среди персонала одна из девушек немного говорит по-русски, это было очень неожиданно и приятно, и вообще персонал очень приветливый и милый. Почему-то у нас не было пульта от кондиционера, а окно тоже не открывалось, это немного напрягло. В остальном все отлично, завтраки интересные, номер красивый, все необходимое есть в самом отеле, или в двух шагах от него.
