Very spacious and clean. Just 10 minutes walk to the train station. Easy self serve check-in and check-out.

服務態度不錯，發現問題反饋後能及時解決。態度懇切。
位置不錯，距離熊本站比較近，步行過橋就到。
房間LOFT形式，樓上住宿不能站立，身形高大的人需要考慮。

房間很乾凈，隔音實在有點差，住了三個晚上不知為啥樓上每天凌晨四五點就開始桌子走動也不知道在幹啥，沒有免費停車位，邊上停車場停車一個晚上500日幣。

友人5人と1泊しました。お問い合わせがLINEでも可能かつ直ぐに返信が来るため、助かりました。個人的に歯ブラシとセットで小さい紙コップがあったことが嬉しかったです。アマプラとYouTubeは見放題、Huluやネトフリはログインすれば視聴可能でした。トランプなど玩具はないため、友達と遊びたいときは持参が必要です。2階で宿泊している方の足音が気になる場合もありますが、凡そ問題ありません。楽しい時間を過ごせました！

県内在住ですが、コロナのこともあり県外には出ず２泊３日の利用をさせてもらぃした。
駅前の市電を利用しアーケードまで出掛けゆっくりできました。駅からも歩きで行ける範囲のためとてもおすすめです。
今回、一階にお子さん連れがおられたようで足音は響いてきましたが気にしすぎなければ快適に過ごせます。
また、近いうちに利用させて頂きたいと思います。

部屋に入ってすぐにテンションがあがりますね。
一風変わった室内のつくりに驚きます。
おおきなTVやキッチンも充実していて良かったです。
2泊3日の利用でしたが楽しく利用できました。
