We came to Manali to escape the blistering Ludhiana heat with our pet and mom ! But unfortunately our car broke down making our journey tiresome . The only hope that kept us going was the property .. having heard about it so much , we checked in to the hotel around 1:00 am . However , we were welcomed with flithy bed sheets and blankets , faulty gadgets , unanswered repetitve calls in anticipation for some solution and dirty floors .. Our respite turned into ordeal .. also attaching pictures for the same ! Instead of journaling our beautiful memories ; here we are noting down our awful experience . Lastly , i had a word with one of your staff members at 2:35.. were we were asked to do things and not requested. Also , not categorising but we got a motel-ish answer “ manage today ,, we shall see what can be done tomorrow “ ! Ihcl is known for its hospitality , but time to update my data ; its here to leave you in awful state !

WHAT A STAY. 5/5. Brilliant property. 70 acres with only 33 rooms and each guest is treated as family. If the beautiful backdrop of the Himalayan ranges right from the comfort of your sit-out room or swimming pool wasn’t enough then what will definitely keep you coming back for more here is the EXEMPLARY SERVICE taj staff provides you from the moment you check in to much after you check out. Props to the best in the business, NITESH, SATVINDER and NITESH, made our stay the best it could’ve been. Right from catering to our personal requests to keeping the gym and pool open much after normal closing hours, and the catering to your every whim and fancy no matter how impossible a task was made possible by them. Satyendra even made sure we got home okay by making arrangements with the other taj property we were going to visit on our way to the airport before hand! I have no words for how they made me and my dad feel on this trip. Just at home in the abodes of the clouds and mountains. Now getting to their food. Chef Nandlal if I’m getting his name correct was such a pleasure. Every morning for breakfast, he’d get to our table this new Himachal delicacy we just had to try and we’re so glad we did. What joyous and happy folks. Right from the head staff who’s names I mentioned to Monu, the swimming pool attendant and gym instructor, every staff member of taj Baragarh was absolutely warm, caring and genuine in their approach with us and we are all heart for the property and the men that make it come alive!! We had a wonderful stay at the Baragarh resort. The room was beautiful and the location was just great . The breakfast each morning was really good as well as staffs are very helpful and humble. Mr Sonu, Uttam, Monu , Pankaj from house keeping, and Nandini all staff were really friendly. Thanks.

I don’t know where to start with but I am very very happy and satisfied with my 5 days stay in Baragarh. It was a wonderful experience from starting. I was given a complementary upgrade as we reached earlier than the check in time. The room has all the amenities. You name it and they have it. Coming to food, no words. Super delicious food with huge variety of options that they give. We stayed here For 5 days and no dish in dinner buffet was repeated. Breakfst was so tempting with some local dishes stealing the limelight. Khamesh, Shivam and Jagmohan were superb hosts. They were from the restaurant and provided best service. M really really happy with the stay. Akshay and Ankit were also very nice when it Comes to customer service. Wow.. you guys made an excellent stay for us in Manali. Hats off and Kudos! You are sending back a very happy and repeated guest!

The Resort is having very good location. The Resort has nice ambiance, very good accommodation, dining area, reception, other amenities like Gym, spa, pool room, play areas, library, and so on... The staff is very good. The Food quality, taste, varieties are very nice. In all its absolutely comfortable and relaxing experience. It's worth visiting again and again.

It was one of the most memorable stay. the first person of contact Mr. Manasvi and Abhishek Tomar for making sure the booking and all the service pre and post booking was spot on. Abhishek took care of every minute details to make sure the stay is perfect.

It is a big property. Staff is very good naming few are Shivam , Akshay , Khamesh . Went for trekking with Bhupinder. It was comfortable and enjoyable. There is greenery all around with apple trees and many other trees and plants. Food is tasty. Rooms are big and spacious with big and clean toilet. On the whole, enjoyed the trip expecting it to be cold but it was warm throughout our stay.

Excellent hospitality , delicious food, courteous staffs lead by Khamesh Thakur and his team Jagdish and Akshay . Property is situated within mountains with lus greenery and ample of fruit plants . We enjoyed the stay and would love to come again .
