Pathetic service, sick attitude right from the owner to the so called FnB Mgr to rest of the staff members, spoiled my entire evening, WILL NOT Recommend to anybody, top up - they don't even apologize! I had to serve water to my family, had to get the menu from the counter myself and much more.. don't even ask..

Great place to chill With their beautiful location and ambiance So much in just one place from food to drinks to games to live music and even shisha It's a whole package under one roof Value for money Highly recommended place to visit if you are going to Manali

The hotel is on beautiful location with a wonderful view .. the beautiful sound of water coming every time …can spend hours sitting in a cafe having yummy food n be lost in nature .. we had a wonderful experience .. we would like to visit again there …

The ambience of the place by the river ***** with the decor was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the Live music by the Jogi Band and the DJ as well. We had ordered Italian and Indian cuisine which was delicious. Overall, a must visit place in Manali.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. The Host Mr Subham Many Many thanks for making this stay Amazing Jordanmanali ⛰️

Perfect destination for a family getaway. The food was delicious, rooms are neat and clean and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The ambiance of the cafe is electrifying with a good collection at the bar. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The paradise is a great resort with good staff facility and awesome food. They have clean room and bathrooms with stunning views of mountains . There staff is really helpful . Our family really had a great time while staying there. I would definitely recommend to had a stay there to enjoy a great views of mountains from rooms .
