Superb Experience The stay was wonderful. We are Jains and were catered perfectly by chef Sandeep. Mr. Sandeep went beyond his comfort zone to prepare Jain food for us. Housekeeping managers Mr. shiv & Mr. Sonu also were prompt in catering to our requirements. Staff is courteous and we did not hear No for anything. Overall very nice experience and enjoyed the holidays

It was a super experience Hotel is located at a good height so we could get a good snow fall Food was really good Breakfast was awesome Rooms are wel maintained and shivkant , shantanu and sonuji from housekeeping were very helpful and always at the service Really enjoyed the stay and wish to come once Again in future

Manali is an absolute winter wonderland, but urban dwellers from the tropics, we need certain level of comfort and tranquility to unwind. This hotel checks in almost all of the boxes. Its a bit away but still there type of location. Located inside an apple orchard, it has amazing views right from the tiny apple tree to mighty mountains, and when it snows, the place transforms. ( As we were lucky, when we arrived, there was no snow and then there was before we left, so we got the best of both worlds) Rooms that we stayed in was very comfortable and toasty given to the conditions outside. The staff works very hard to make your stay comfortable, which I noticed during a sudden snow fall day and saw all hands on deck clearing the path simultaneously delivering the regular services. Front desk was exceptionally warm and welcoming as if they had some magic wand to fulfill all your desires. A special mention goes to Mr Ritik Shukla and his team, for making our stay the most comfortable than it was. All though, I think they should work on their Food department ( totally my perspective, being a vegetarian) to include more options and tastes, all though I had the same conveyed and was told they were already working on it. Even if they don't, Welcomhotel manali will always be my go to for my next visits to Manali. My stay was from 1st of feb to 5th of feb 2025 Room tip : Always go for the rooms with balcony

I just visited the itc manali again . This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise , I was very glad to visit this beautiful located hotel and spend my time in their luxurious accommodation. During check-in I was again greeted by same front office staff Mr. shukla who gave me a very warm welcome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. The staff specially ritik and sunny went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again and recommend to my family and friends

I am blown away by this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - 360% satisfied! But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible Front Office team. Every single member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The restaurant services, facilities, and overall experience were top-notch.
