The Hosteller Tirthan Valley

Property was quite clean and organised. Services was also upto the mark . Management and staff were really helpful. the location of the property is a little tacky but overall experience was quite good. Anyone can consider this property for their little staycation here

A newly opened property in Tirthan Valley with some of the most comfortable and clean rooms I have stayed in a dorm. Rooms are very spacious and the common area is very beautifully decorated with lots of seating and nice views of mountains all around. The property manager was very helpful in accomodating all the requests. The 3kms of approach road post Gushaini is a bit bad but manageable.

Good food. The staff is helpful and well known with the location, it is an offbeat place so not many options are available nearby. It is a good location with high mountains around. from the Balcony it looks like heaven, the cafe is awesome for travellers like us where Bukhari is placed to save from chilled weather.

The staff, views, rooms and the hospitality was perfect! We will definitely come again with my friends soon. We also loved the food that was prepared for us by the humble kitchen team. All in all a lifetime experience.

It was clean room with excellent services from the staffs where we had lunch and dinner. Food was good in taste. Room view was also good.Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall the place was perfect and under budget to stay. We will visit again. Thank you.

As I stay so many time with hosteller and always get good experiences with there teams.property was very clean and beautiful and the view from the hostel is amazing food is very tasty and the staff are very friendly

The property is new and nicely made.My deluxe superior room with balcony was spacious and nice however the management and service was really poor and slow. No parking available neither was the staff helping in regards to the same. Rooms were not ready even though we checked in around 4pm. Washroom was dirty had bugs and the taps, toilet jet had extremely hot water. To top it all the breakfast timing started at 9am however the servings guy was rude and stated that they have just gotten up and they need another hour to start preparation. Extremely Disappointed with the poor management and bad staff behaviour.

The services were not good/slow 1) extremely hot water and no cold water even in the toilet jet in 35 degree temperature 2) no help with parking 3) breakfast serving timing starts late at 9 AM 4) room was not ready n the toilet was not clean even they know the arrival timings

Perfect place to relax, good food, good people around, staff are helpful and well known with the location, it is an offbeat place so not much options available nearby. We went for sunset walk and stargazing in the middle of night organised by manager Abhijeet was the highlight of our stay. Thanks for keeping us.
