Hotel con colazione inclusa a Kulai

A good place to lay over for a night. Booking and responses to messages were very good. Feedback received that the quiet room looked into an air well. So we decided to chance a railway facing room, rather than a road facing room. The passenger and goods train pass by only four times at night and it was more like a thunder rumbling then a freight train. It was okay. The rooms and the decor were finished in white and light green sofa. Lobby was clean and so was the corridor leading into the room and the room itself. Bathroom was meticulously laid out and well prepared for guests. There is only one issue, the instant water heater did not work, when informed, they tried to repair it but could not and offered us another room. We decided not to move. Overall some maintenance work is required in the hotel room. The two windows in the room had latches but they were not working properly, so one could open the window from the outside. In the morning there was also a water leak in the ceiling just outside our room. I need to add that there are two parking areas, one on the main road just outside the lobby and the other in basement one. The car park in basement one is better because it has the security camera and the elevator that goes straight to your room is on that floor. Ample parking areas and wide enough for a large mpv. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend anyone visiting kulai to stay at this hotel.

L'hotel era facile da trovare e il personale di servizio era gentile e utile. La stanza era pulita e luminosa. C'è il centro commerciale Ioi proprio diagonalmente all'opuscolo dell'hotel, che era grande. Il centro commerciale Aeon è a circa 5 minuti di cammino.

This is my favourite hotel when I travel to Kulai. Location is great, near malls, food court and shops. Value for money, staff are awesome.

My main hotel for business travelling as near to airport and away from bustling city town. Nice environment to stay at for after work. A bit old interiorly but room still comfy and spacious. Like it.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome. We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play. However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home! There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep. Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night. The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional. All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid. However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

Location was a bit inconvenient. Those without a car probably need to take grab to go anywhere. But cleanliness is good

Ottimo ubicazione, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. Il desk era dotato tutta la notte e il personale era molto utile! L'hotel aveva scaduto dai ponti, quindi mi è stato dato un aggiornamento gratuito in una camera singola con bagno. Luogo era pulito, biancheria da donare, AC funzionava bene. Raccomanderei molto a chiunque abbia un layout.

Conveniently located near the airport, this hotel offers easy access for travelers. However, it would be great if the breakfast service and airport transport were available earlier, especially for those catching early morning flights. This would make the stay even more convenient for guests with tight schedules.

Clean , convenient near cheap food store that open until late ,some cafes ,shop around ,highly recommend to stay here but far from JB sentral .good to explore if never go before .

Il luogo è molto buono, il prezzo è ragionevole, l'atteggiamento del personale è anche buono, il tipo di camera è buono.La salubrità è leggermente buona, il tetto della camera è un po' fermentato, e ci sono parti insufficienti di pulizia nell'angolo, ci sono polveri e reti da giardino
