The "Waldhaus" 2000 was completely restored in the old style baths and is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable apartments.
Our modern furnished 2018 completely renovated apartment got in January 2019 now also a completely new bathroom. The apartment is in the 3. Floor and is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach and promenade.
In January 2019 the bathroom was complete
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom additionally with TV) living room with dining area, kitchenette with extensive equipment such as stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle dishwasher etc., bathroom with bath, vanity and toilet and a balcony (Logia) With
Sea views.
Free Wi-Fi
Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the living room, the bathroom or the furnished balcony.
Bed linen included.
The beds are made upon arrival and
thus may your holiday begin sfort.
Cot and high chair available upon request.
Your bikes can be parked in our separate bike room.
A bicycle rental is located opposite the Waldhaus.
A covered car - parking is available on site free of charge for disposal.
Washer and dryer are in the basement (for a fee).

Absolute Zufriedenheit
Wir hatten nicht nur schönes Wetter, sondern fanden auch eine Ferienwohnung ohne jeglichen Makel vor. Es fehlte einfach an nichts, war liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und damit eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Nicht geeignet ist die Wohnung allerdings für Menschen, denen das Treppensteigen schwer fällt. Hat man diese jedoch überwunden, wartet ein phänomenaler Blick vom windgeschützten Balkon. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit allem und auch der Ort Kühlungsborn ist immer eine Reise wert.

Klein aber fein
Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in Kühlungsborn.Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und für ein paar Tage zu Viert völlig ausreichend.Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der kleine Balkon ist schön und man hat eine tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee.Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Whg befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, 3. Etage.

"Traumwohnung"
Kreislauf sowie Fuß- und Beingelenke sollten zum Erreichen dieser geschmackvoll und umsichtig mit allenKleinigkeiten für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt eingerichteten Wohnung unter dem Dach intakt sein.209,73 Reinigungs- und Servicegebühren für fünf Nächte erscheinen uns unangemessen, zumal wir den Balkon zur Nutzung selbst reinigen mußten.Der Aufforderung zum Träumen sollte man trotzdem nachkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern vom Anbieter .Alles was man benötigt liegt zentral, Bäcker,Restaurant, Cafés , Strand, Riesenrad .zur Seebrücke muss man aber schon ein Stückchen laufen, ist aber mit dem Blick auf die Ostsee und Umgebung auch kein Problem, dadurch vergeht die Zeit wie im Fluge.Zu erwähnen ist auch, daß es entlang der Küste genügend Toiletten gibt, sehr sauber und alle stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Auch Bänke zum ausruhen zwischendurch stehen entlang der Strecke ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ein Stück hinter der Seebrücke liegt dann der Yachthafen umgeben von kleinen, sehr schönen Läden und Restaurants die zum verweilen einladen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und das nächste Mal nehmen wir unsere Fahrräder mit, denn es gibt dort sehr gute Fahrradstrecken,außerdem müssen wir unbedingt noch mit dem Molli fahren, was wir diesmal nicht geschafft haben. Also vielen Dank an die Gastgeber dieser schönen Wohnung und bis bald.

1 Woche Kurzurlaub
Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Wohn- und Essbereich und Küche etwas beengt aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der angepriesene Ausblick vom Balkon der 3. Etage war nett aber.nicht überwältigend. Der Ort ist eher was für ältere Menschen, 70 aber sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Zentral gelegenes Wohnung in der 3 Etage
Die Wohnung war gut. Wichtig das man gut zu Fuß ist, das Domizil liegt in der 3,5 Etage ohne Aufzug. Die Lage der Wohnung für Spaziergänge am Strand gut. Das Internet war langsam.
Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt gut.

Herbstferien
Wir haben 1 Woche der Herbstferien in dieser Ferienwohnung in Kühlungsborn verbracht. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft mit sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen.
