Molto pulita e confortevole camera 💖 Il personale è amichevole e utile 💖 Sentivo molto grato quando forniscono trasporto al servizio di navetta aeroportuale gratuita a 3.30am che ho pensato sorprendente 💖💖💖💖💖

The hotel is located next to Boulevard Shopping Mall with lots of shops, restaurants and food center. Hotel Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but menu should be improved.

Al centro della città. Buon posto. Tuttavia, devi pagare le tariffe del parcheggio ogni volta che esco. Si spera che possa ottenere un servizio di parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti della casa.

The superior room with city view is comfortable and cosy with a spacious work zone. The in-room wired internet access is indeed convenient for business travellers. There's a sofa and a coffee table with a big LCD TV that you can unwind and entertain yourself. The only shortcoming probably is the toiletries amenities provided pretty limited. Only two pieces of soap were provided for the superior room. My room comes with a buffet breakfast but I overslept and missed it. The room pictures that I posted is a junior suite room from my previous stay which is double the size of a superior room with a separate living and dining area. The hotel used to serve very tasty Nasi Lemak but sadly to say that it's no longer the same anymore after a few decades.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. It was clean, tidy & stylist. Excellent service.Staffs also very friendly Only at restaurant breakfast section,one of the staff not really friendly Upon asking for breakfast, the staff person shouted at me by saying ”CLOSED” at 10am. Look at my watch, 9:54am.still available 6 minute bfor 10am.Its ok. Really recommend this hotel. Thank you

I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

A pleasant place to stay.. Various types of breakfast foods, spacious rooms. This hotel is attached with a mall on the ground floor. Surrounded with interesting and walkable places. Will come again next time.

Molto strategico posto .. Vicino al fianco idrico, monumenti di gatto, ecc. , camminare molto strettamente.. Dritto dall'autostrada all'ingresso dell'hotel, si deve prendere le scale, che è grande .. C'è un ascensore all'interno.. Personale amichevole, camera pulita, solo la camera kt org è piccola, adatto per 2 persone jek .. E ' bello trovare mkn .. Pensare che questo hotel è a tgh2 la .. Il migliore è il parcheggio è difficile, che può ottenere rapidamente .. Quando uscite tardi, si può ottenere una lettera di amore dalla città .. Ma x costoso pon byr, RM5 jek .. Quindi meglio se chi va alla carta, andare fuori a pg2 a 9am per evitare di ottenere una lettera di amore .. x pon comprare un buono di parcheggio pronto a andare al suo cottage .. Ci sono vendite sul fronte acquatico ma il tempo di lavoro è aperto .. Hotel generale raccomandato & può ripetere qui 👍

La posizione è buona e un sacco di parcheggio per gli ospiti. La stanza è vecchia e ha un po' di odore sgradevole. Tuttavia, perché i prezzi sono così ragionevoli per l'alloggio complessivo questi possono essere ignorati.
