Bene la struttura e la camera al 3 piano. Peccato che sopra di noi al 4 ci sia la lavanderia e al mattino presto accendono le lavatrici e non si dorme più. Wifi pessimo. Gentile il personale

The hotel a bit old. Room is big. But need renovation. Breakfast served at 7am onwards.

Good and the service was fast and helpful. Very recommended. I hope I can stay again next time.

Not really satisfied with staff's attitude. Not helping much when asked for help. The location far from other facilities such as restaurants, shopping complex etc. Not recommended

hotel facility very much lacking (ie. old iron, old hair dryer, old kettle), bathroom lack of maintenance, the wood is rotten, the bricks are mossy 🙁, the only plus point is the room is spacious, that’s all.

Spacious and clean hotel, staffs are friendly, car park enough, simple breakfast, value for money.

Strategic place. Not quite far from waterfront and malls (vivacity and the spring). Large portion of food at the restaurant.

Extremely disappointed and angry with the service and room. We arrived the hotel at 2:30pm and were told the room was not ready. After a long wait to check in only to come into a room with a non functioning air con. The room was hot and stuffy. We informed the concierge at 3pm. Despite technician was sent to rectify the problem, the air con remained the same. We lodged another complaint at 6pm but no action was taken. Requested to change room but was told the hotel was fully booked. Further request until 10pm and finally changed our room. Phone not working in the new room. No dental kits given. The room appeared not ready or was simply tidied up just for the sake. Very poor experience and do not plan to book again in future

1. Booking 4 person per room but only gave 2 towel, done call front dest they said need extra charge for 3rd & 4th towel 2. No toothbrush provided, done call front desk they said hotel not provided for toothbrush 3. Old style hotel, pricey and not worth the price 4. Breakfast not much choice, not that recommended 5. No shop to walk around, not convenient

The services is good. The hotel staffs are polite and helpful as well.

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience to stay at Kingwood.

Perfect location near waterfront. Stay for 4 nights. Mula2 dapat bilik lama, kecil. Bising macam ada washing machine dekat level atas. Then change to new wing. Better renovated room, clean and not noisy anymore.
