Spacious room, comfortable bed.. Clean room.. TV has working Netflix and utube.. Aircond and water heater work well.. Minor downside, I can hear the loud speaker sound most likely from the rooftop bar/restaurant if I'm not mistaken.. But tone down after 12 I think.. Price affordable for room u get..

Stayed here with my sister for 1 night. I liked the design and decorations; however, the staff need to improve their cleanliness, as we found that the toilet bowl had urine in it and some hairs lingering on the floor and bathrobes. Sadly, I didn’t take any photos of it. Otherwise, our stay was great. The sound from the bar was too loud, but we were still able to sleep.

This hotel was recon after 20 years of abandoned. In overall, we think that the cleanliness is just acceptable, the piping is leaking making the toilet always wet. Secondly there is a lounge upstairs, it's quite chill. The room noise cancellation is abit bad, can hear noises from the other rooms.

Bed sheets and pillows cover very smelly. Room to dark. Window water liking. And water piping noisy. Whole night got water sounds

The location is between airport and city centre, not much around, always need to take a grab to everywhere. Room is spacious and well equipped, lighting is dim as usual. Bathroom is unfortunately always wet due to the halfway isolated glass door. The cleaning service is daily however performance has rooms to improve, lots of stains and dust remains for many days. Breakfast has very limited options, the only highlight is the egg station, they can make app kinds of egg dishes. No veggie at all. Coffee machine is nice though. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Free bottled water, tea bags and instant coffee are provided. Electric kettle and safe are definitely added value. Overall a very reasonable priced hotel for a budget stay,

So far all good, breakfast was nice, location strategic not too crowded. It just the management need to add on more lights in the room, there is no main light in room, a bit dark when you want to eat smt

The room is noisy, air cond & water piping sounds. Room is very huge, not bad . Like the interior , got tv with android . No choice for the breakfast dish . So far overrall 4/5.

everything was amazing, the hotel decoration itself were aesthetic and beautiful which is higher than my expectation (for 3 star hotel), except.. there are parts that are not so clean in the bathroom like yellow stain or sumn. other than that everything was great. hope to see improvement (sental samban pls) next time i go there. thank you

a great hotel to stay. not exactly in town but it is a good enough to stay if you have rent a car. breakfast was good but not so much choice for the hot food.

it was greatt and thank you for your hospitalityy. will repeat when i come to sarawak again
