We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

Per la direzione, viviamo con New Norma.. Cosa vedo durante il mio soggiorno in hotel ur.. ho paura che tutti gli ospiti non seguono ancora SOP. Durante bfast soprattutto, non capisco abbastanza personale.. ma ancora posso ottenere qualcuno di monitor all'ingresso.. Tutti gli ospiti NON PORTANO MASKA DI FACCIA.. La stanza stessa era buona, era pulita, anche se un po' piccola, e un po' di posto qui e là, ma non c'era nulla da preoccuparsi. Si forniscono asciugamani, sapone e shampoo anche se sono piccoli, basta per prendere un bagno da 2 a 3 volte. Se non è abbastanza, può chiedere. Ci è una stanza di ferro. Ci è anche un parcheggio al seminterrato. Credo che forse dovrei dare 4 stelle su 5

Questa è la quarta volta che io soggiorno in questo hotel ...i davvero ama stare qui.La camera è pulita, piscina e spiaggia anche molto bello. Ma questa volta, quando sono arrivato, stavo per caso prenotando per la sala dirigente con vista giardino, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare la vista sul mare, ma la stanza è piena. Ok, quindi ho accettato la stanza, ma ho chiesto di andare in alto per poter avere una bella vista o una vista parziale sul mare, ma quando sono arrivato nella mia stanza, ho avuto una stanza con questo. È davvero fastidioso, e il personale che ha partecipato non è molto utile e amichevole.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions.
One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment.
The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open.
In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Durante il nostro soggiorno nella villa, abbiamo goduto di una piscina privata e di un bagno aperto. La stanza era impressionante, con un letto spazioso e confortevole. UUtente anonimoSono in viaggio d'affari, ho comprato la mia piccola famiglia insieme. Tutti sono in condizioni di punta. Amo tutto, per la seconda volta rimanere in questo posto. Non preoccuparti per il cibo, tutto è vicino, camminare a distanza. La spiaggia è perfetta! Meglio rimanere in luglio, così saranno meno gelatina nuoto con voi sulla spiaggia. :)

It was a very relaxing holiday for my family despite us travelling in a big crowd of 3 families. Stayed in one of the chalets. PROS: 1) enjoyed what nature could offer. The plants, tress, beach was such a relaxing, de-stressing sight. 2) service - very good i would say. They would respond immediately on the request of food or beverages. Upon checking in the chalet, was given glasses of welcoming drink. 3) chalet - love the concept of ”kampung” chalet. The whole structure is made of wood, which i felt was quite sturdy and didnt make much of funny noises when walked upon in the living room and hall. 4) swimming pool - as we had stayed in the chalet, there is a private pool next to to it. Water was prescient, with minimal to no insects seen. The common swimming pools on the other hand, they were fabulous. There is the kid's pool and the adult pool, which was kept very clean and my kids enjoyed tremendously playing in it. Cons: 1) being next to nature, you cannot avoid the annoying mosquitoes feeding on you. - best to have apply some mosquito repellent patch especially during the evenings. 2) food at the cafeteria however was quite a big let down in my honest opinion. Food options are not quite to my expectation. The plates and cutleries were dirty with visible stains. 3) the wooden stairs leading up to the chalet needs a major upgrade. It looks like it will give way anytime soon. We were really concerned as in our crowd, my aunty was walking with a walking stick. 4) not many options of food stalls except for a few local Malay restaurants down the road. 5) there are two rooms in a chalet. Unfortunately these rooms are separated and one needs to pass through a door to exit and another door to enter the room. Family with young children would not benefit staying in such design. Overall, i would give this place a 7/10.

UUtente ospiteI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. In conclusion, my recent stay at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa was a delightful experience, primarily due to the exceptional staff and services. UUtente anonimoResort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

Ci sono anziani che roaming, quindi fate attenzione a non cadere troppo cibo o dormirete con loro la notte.La doccia ha anche una buona pressione, ma l'acqua non può essere così calda come alcuni vorrebbero quando si gira il riscaldamento per un po'
L’hotel è arrivato alle 6:00 e il personale si è seduto lontano dalla ricezione, quindi non ero sicuro se potessi lasciare il mio bagaglio ancora. Finalmente decudò di magazzinare con il bagaglio alle 7:00 quando si accendevano le luci.
La posizione è probabilmente la parte migliore, con passeggiabile distanza dalla promenade, moschea e opzioni alimentari intorno. Kuantan 188 torre è anche una pietra gettata via, ma non è andato in piedi questa volta.
Inoltre, notare che il deposito RM 3 non è vero, almeno per Singapore e. Su di esso è stato necessario forcare un altro RM10 per la tassa turistica, quindi RM13 in più in totale. Molto deluso che questi termini non siano stati indicati durante la prenotazione.
TLDR, Un posto economico e buono per soggiornare in cuantan per una notte o due, anche se i costi aggiuntivi devono essere chiariti quando prenota

TToshy0719Adena Beach Resort a Kuantan ha un fantastico soggiorno! 🌴 Il resort offre una combinazione perfetta di relax e lusso con la sua bella posizione davanti alla spiaggia. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e offrono splendide viste sul Mar della Cina meridionale. 🏖️ Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, assicurandosi che il nostro soggiorno fosse comodo. L'accento era certamente l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia, dove ci sono stati lunghi passi e sole sereni. Great for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday if you’re looking to relax by the sea.

Just one thing is the soundproof is bad. Someone was making noise at midnight without consideration of others.

La pulizia dell'hotel richiede ulteriori miglioramenti e la rinovazione è necessaria. Prova sonora della camera è piuttosto cattiva. Tutti gli oggetti della camera dell'hotel sono vecchie ma ancora utili. Fortunatamente due notti erano calme e tranquille, dormiamo molto bene. JJamietanllPools and most facilities were closed when we arrived (late) and got up early. Access to beach is very convenient and open in the morning. Room is spacious as we were upgraded to Deluxe Room due to availability. Building structure is quite old and needs better maintenance. Towels need to be replaced. However it was still considered well kept. Staff are friendly and can speak good English.
