Refundable deposit Rm50 can paid by debit card or cash. The room is clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning is cold.. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

La posizione dell'hotel è super conveniente. Camminare a Kuantan 188 Tower, Art Streets e Mercati notturni. Tuttavia, circondato un po 'di cammino, ma ha un sacco di parcheggio. Location of hotel is great, at the center of kuantan city and easy access to many places. The room is clean n comfortable. Breakfast is good also.

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you prefer local Malaysian cuisine or international dishes, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The attentive staff made sure that every guest's dining needs were met, adding to the overall dining pleasure. The room itself was ok, it was clean albeit a little bit small, and a little spot here and there but nothing to be worried about. everything was enough. Towels are provided, soap and shampoo also even though they are small, just enough for taking bath 2 to 3 times. If it is not enough, can request for it. There is an iron room. There is also a parking lot at the basement. I think maybe I should give 4 stars out of 5.

Ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno. Anche se l'hotel è un po' vecchio, è molto ben mantenuto. La spiaggia, proprio fuori dalla nostra porta, facilmente accessibile, estremamente pulita ma non si aspettano acque cristalline chiare. Inoltre, io certamente suggerisce un cambio di camera.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!

Adena Beach Resort a Kuantan ha un fantastico soggiorno! 🌴 Il resort offre una combinazione perfetta di relax e lusso con la sua bella posizione davanti alla spiaggia. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e offrono splendide viste sul Mar della Cina meridionale. 🏖️ Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, assicurandosi che il nostro soggiorno fosse comodo. L'accento era certamente l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia, dove ci sono stati lunghi passi e sole sereni. Great for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday if you’re looking to relax by the sea.
