Hotel in zona TEN TEN Retail - Indera Sempurna, Kuantan

La posizione è buona, facile accesso, con parcheggio, vicino alla maggior parte della zona turistica. Ma il bagno è piccolo e con tintura. Tipo di piatto morbido. La pressione dell'acqua è magnifica, con acqua calda. In generale è una bella esperienza.

La camera e il bagno sono generalmente puliti, ma il letto ha delle pelli in alcune parti, ma non è così che dovrebbe essere buono. Ci sono anziani che roaming, quindi fate attenzione a non cadere troppo cibo o dormirete con loro la notte.La doccia ha anche una buona pressione, ma l'acqua non può essere così calda come alcuni vorrebbero quando si gira il riscaldamento per un po' L’hotel è arrivato alle 6:00 e il personale si è seduto lontano dalla ricezione, quindi non ero sicuro se potessi lasciare il mio bagaglio ancora. Finalmente decudò di magazzinare con il bagaglio alle 7:00 quando si accendevano le luci. La posizione è probabilmente la parte migliore, con passeggiabile distanza dalla promenade, moschea e opzioni alimentari intorno. Kuantan 188 torre è anche una pietra gettata via, ma non è andato in piedi questa volta. Inoltre, notare che il deposito RM 3 non è vero, almeno per Singapore e. Location of hotel is great, at the center of kuantan city and easy access to many places. The room is clean n comfortable. Breakfast is good also.

Sarebbe fantastico se il loro caffè fosse riaperto e avesse un piccolo colazione fornito . quindi non avremmo bisogno di andare a comprare cibo per i bambini . La stanza stessa era buona, era pulita, anche se un po' piccola, e un po' di posto qui e là, ma non c'era nulla da preoccuparsi. Si forniscono asciugamani, sapone e shampoo anche se sono piccoli, basta per prendere un bagno da 2 a 3 volte. Se non è abbastanza, può chiedere. Ci è una stanza di ferro. I bagni da bagno marcati, compresa la lozione supplementare del corpo, erano un grande toccamento, soprattutto dopo la nuoto. Le piste rigide del resort hanno anche costituito una sfida, perché ho avuto un incidente di bicicletta a causa della mia stessa emozione e della mia fretta adrenalina. Adena Beach Resort a Kuantan ha un fantastico soggiorno! 🌴 Il resort offre una combinazione perfetta di relax e lusso con la sua bella posizione davanti alla spiaggia. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e offrono splendide viste sul Mar della Cina meridionale. 🏖️ Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, assicurandosi che il nostro soggiorno fosse comodo. It's my first time at Cherating. A Lovely village full of friendly people. The hotel was better than the booking photos. The location was great for the beach and the local cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were kind. They also had a SPA, and the service was excellent. The nearest local cafe drinks were divine. I had a good stay overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards.
