Stay in dorm type. Lock door was broken plus has told the worker about the door but the worker said it’s normal so assuming they didn’t take any action in long time ago. The sheet got blood stains and the towels a bit dirty (note that dorm woman & man together at level 3 with separate room) …I cancel the booking and the money cannot be refunded🥲 decided stay at other hotel instead.

Risposta dalla struttura: There are few staffs attending to your problem. 1st of all the door lock didn't broke at all and we found out you finally able to lock it. You eventually still did not feel safe and request to change room although had also lock the dorm entrance. The type of room you booked (stayed) is dormitory, please note that it is not private room and there will be other guests too on the same floor. However you still did not satisfied with our suggestion to change to other room type and request to check out. Very sorry we can't refund you the charges because you all had used the beds and stayed for more than half day. For the 1st picture it is the food packaging (pulut lepe) that you brought the food in the dorm.. For the 2nd picture after you reported to our staffs about the stain we immediately change to clean beedsheet to you but yet you still posted it here. For your next stay please avoid dormitory. Do choose private room instead.

I stayed at Suite 18 Boutique Hotel during my trip to Kuala Terengganu, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to Pasar Payang, street art, and plenty of local eateries.

I love the bed, bed sheets, toilet and water dispenser in every floor. Love this lodge and will come again whenever I get the chance.
