Such a gem to find this resort. We had such a wonderful time. Room is super clean, view is amazing. Owner Mr Kho is such a nice person, takem care of all our needs very well. Help us to xarry our heavy bags as our group of 6 are all over 70years of age. The Rasa Sayang restaurant is so good for the food and view. Nice short break from Ipoh and worth the trip.

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.

Clean, new hotel with modern amenities. View is amazing! Room overlooks the river and you can enjoy the tranquil nature and observe the local life of fishermen. Check in and out was smooth. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Location: Located a short stroll from the center of Kuala Sepetang town, its a newly built 3 storey hotel located along the Sepetang river. Parking is available in front of the premises but only fits 4 cars max. However there are ample parking available within a short distance. Reception: Reception was done in a short time as the hotel was anticipating our arrival. As it was a weekday, we were allowed to check in early. At the time of writing this review, access to the rooms is via stairs only. However, a chat with the hotel's friendly owner revealed that they are in the midst of installing a lift. Rooms: Was given a triple room with a partial river view on the 3rd floor. Took some effort climbing the stairs but it was worth it as the view was lovely. Rooms was of a good size and had one queen sized bed plus a super single. Linen was clean and crisp. The bed was comfortable and allowing us a good night rest. Lighting was adequate and the large windows offer great natural lighting. However it felt slightly warm due to the afternoon sun. Despite blasting the air-con at its maximum, it took awhile before the temperature came down to comfortable levels. The shower and toilet is separated. size is adequate for a regular sized adult. water pressure was good and there was continuous hot and cold water. Coffee and tea making facilities was available plus also cups of instant noodles which was a welcome addition. A smart TV is also availabe. Internet was free and requires a password for access. Reception was good. Facilities: Being in a village, and due to space constrains, did not expect any. A seafood restaurant is available at the ground floor. Food: Was unable to patronise the seafood restaurant within the hotel as it was closed on the day we were there.
