AArc KnightL'hotel considera il miglior hotel in sp. Uno dei problemi è quando Prenotazione in trip.com non include colazione. Dobbiamo acquistare sul posto, il colazione dell'hotel è buono se rispetto alla Svizzera avenue ma la posizione è un po' lontana. In conclusione, si consiglia molto se si cerca una buona camera e colazione di qualità ignorando la posizione.

ZZali60Wifi is free but no signal and cannot be access. The room smells and got to change it. Parking in front the hotel got to pay to the municipal council. Free parking at the back of the hotel but no security only CCTV. Hotel price is cheap compare to the quite large room for a person.

UUtente ospiteOverall stay was really lovely. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Deposit in cash and return with no hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they came with breakfast for us (nice big breakfast spread!). Bathroom amenities can be improved but sufficient for a quick stay. Pools are amazingly big and regularly maintained. The hotel is also closed to lots of nice restaurants (hotmas, kedai makan pokok ceri, pisang goreng 303 etc). Definitely recommended for good value of money.

SSherly_TravellerI have stayed at Big Banana Hotel multiple times, and it has always been a great experience! The bed is incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The room is spacious and well-maintained, with everything I need for a relaxing stay. The food is delicious with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!!

Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.

UUtente anonimoÈ considerato buono per il prezzo che hai pagato. Non aspettare una qualità di 5 stelle quando paghi un prezzo di 2 stelle. In generale la pulizia è OK ma non aspettare alcun supplemento come altri Hotel, cioè sapone, torcia, acqua, ecc...

UUtente ospiteBrutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)
