Hotel in zona Mid Valley/Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Cititel Mid Valley is ideal for shopping and convenience, located right next to Mid Valley Megamall. Rooms are clean but small, with basic amenities. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. A solid choice for short stays or business trips. The shopping mall is just beside the hotel and easy to access. Will be repeat stay in this hotel.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio proprio nel centro di Bangsar South, con facile accesso alla città di Kuala Lumpur e alla zona di PJ. Numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La camera è pulita, l'aria condizionata funziona bene. Da notare anche l'ottima insonorizzazione. Un altro aspetto negativo è che non c'è acqua in bottiglia in camera né un punto di rifornimento. La colazione dell'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative, con punti per noodles e uova. Ci tornerò comunque, per un breve soggiorno.

I had a wonderful stay at VE Hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s rest. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more welcoming. The location is excellent — convenient to nearby shopping, dining, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. I also really appreciated the facilities; the pool and gym were well-maintained, and the breakfast spread had a good variety with both local and international options. Overall, VE Hotel exceeded my expectations with its combination of comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The room is huge. I particularly liked the toilet, where bath tub and separate shower were provided. The room has a large couch and an office table as well. The body shampoo they provided was of a pleasant long-lasting sage smell which I really really liked. Overall I’m very satisfied with the room. However, prior to arrival, I kept getting notifications to ask me to do a pre-arrival check in. So I did. And my credit card got charged usd1 out of nowhere, don’t know for what purpose. Clarified with the hotel front desk but they just said it’s HQ policy??? And I also don’t know what’s the purpose of the pre-arrival check in. Because on the day itself, I still had to complete the check in process at the front desk. It’s not like I get to collect the room key straight upon arrival if I completed the pre-arrival check in. In short, I paid USD1 for nothing. Overall, you will have a delightful stay at the hotel, if you skip the pre-arrival check in and pre-check out (which I ignored).

Great location with Mid Valley mall and Gardens Mall beside. The LRT station is also close by with linking bridges. The room is spacious and clean, like the idea of filling up water with flasks. It would be good if there's a small rack or holder in the shower area for guests to put their own toiletries. Good variety breakfast except that there's only two types of tea bags. Porridge is good with a lot of condiments.

Excellent Family Stay at Millerz Square! Rating: 5/5 Stars - Highly Recommended for Families and Groups! Our recent stay at Millerz Square was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! We were looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped place for a family trip, and Millerz delivered on every front. Apartment & Comfort: The apartment itself was a highlight. It was incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully furnished, immediately giving us that 'home away from home' feeling. The separate bedrooms were ideal for the family, and the full kitchenette (with a fridge, microwave, and even a washer/dryer) made preparing meals and handling laundry effortless. We especially enjoyed the stunning city skyline view from our high-floor unit every morning and night. Top-Notch Facilities: The amenities at Millerz Square are truly a cut above the rest. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and children's water play area. For the adults, the sky gym provided an amazing workout view. The various common areas and gardens offered plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The convenience of having shops and dining options right downstairs saved us a lot of travel time. Location & Convenience: While located on the busy Old Klang Road, the central location was a huge advantage, offering easy access to major shopping centers like Mid Valley Megamall and putting us within a short drive of many KL hotspots. The check-in process was smooth and clearly communicated by the management/host, which is always appreciated when arriving with a group. Final Verdict: From the exceptional cleanliness and spacious living areas to the fantastic range of facilities, Millerz Square provides incredible value for money. We felt safe, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. This is definitely our new go-to accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. We can’t wait to come back!

Il check-in e il check-out sono stati fluidi ed efficienti, e la receptionist è stata gentile e disponibile nel rispondere alle mie richieste. Pur comprendendo il prezzo accessibile, credo che servizi essenziali come asciugamani e tappetini dovrebbero essere forniti senza problemi, anche se non si tratta di un hotel. Anche la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti. Detto questo, apprezzo molto la gentile assistenza della receptionist con gli occhiali gialli, che si è prodigata per fornire gli asciugamani necessari su richiesta. L'ambiente circostante è piacevole e, con un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia e ai prodotti essenziali gratuiti, il soggiorno sarebbe ancora più piacevole. La stanza era pulita e il letto e le mutandine erano molto morbide. Il personale del desk front durante l'ispezione non erano molto amichevole, ma il personale durante l'ispezione era molto meglio. Tassa di parcheggio è RM5 per entrata.

Il processo di check-in è veloce. La stanza è pulita. Prenotiamo l'hotel come è vicino all'arena axiata per noi di andare a concerto. L'hotel è convenientemente sopra un centro commerciale. In generale, una buona esperienza di soggiorno. Solo che la TV è troppo piccola, sembra un modello di vent'anni.

Disappointing Customer Service Despite High-Quality Facilities I recently stayed at Viia Residence, managed by Five Senses. While the physical facilities of the serviced apartment were of high quality, the customer service was severely lacking. My experience started on 6 March at 10:10 AM, when I arrived for check-in. Shockingly, the staff could not locate my reservation despite my providing a direct email confirmation from the hotel. After 45 minutes of waiting, they could still not resolve the issue. Even after calling their reservation team, no solution was offered. To make matters worse, I could not store my luggage at the property, forcing me to carry it to my business meetings. I requested the hotel contact me once they resolved the issue, but after 7 hours, I did not receive any update. Upon returning at 8 PM, I was again told there was no booking under my name. Another staff member managed to locate my reservation only after insisting further, finally allowing me to check-in. Following this frustrating experience, I sent two emails to the hotel's corporate email address (listed on their website and front desk name card), hoping for a response. To my disappointment, I never received a reply. I expected better training and professionalism from the staff for a high-end property. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I would expect at this price point. While the facilities are well-maintained, the lack of customer service and communication has resulted in one of my worst hospitality experiences. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards. Would I stay here again? Not unless significant improvements are made to their customer service.
