Hotel in zona Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

I don't think I would spend time writing review but this one is exceptionally good. Everything was perfect especially the customer care. Whoever came up with the module and training the team, you have done a great job. Definitely my new favourite spot for KL visit moving foward.

It's a new building, with amazing amenities and build quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the gym and pool are excellent. The washer works as intended and the water pressure was more than adequate. Since there's so many eateries around we did not use the kitchen at all. Free parking is a much welcome added bonus that any other properties in the area offer. However, our stay had some hiccoughs that made it far from perfect: - the fridge is noisy (being in a studio unit there is no separating wall to insulate) - we were unpleasantly surprised at 6:30am by a very loud humming noise, which I attributed could be from the central HVAC system. This noise was so loud that echoed throughout the entire hallway and I experienced dizziness and tinnitus shortly after, having shortened my intended rest by a few hours. After peaceful silence during night time, the situation repeated itself the following morning. When I questioned the staff about it, the young lady at reception was clueless, asked me if it was maintenance, and that they would ”check”. Another issue is the deposit at check-in. At checkout and upon confirming everything is fine with the room, ”per policy” the deposit charge is to be refunded at a later time, which I find unacceptable, as any other place immediately returns it at checkout. I had to convince the staff to reluctantly process the refund on the POS machine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Excellent accommodation, spacious and confortable room, extremely clean and tidy. This is a new building with nice facilities and in a great location, plenty of food options within 5 mins walking distance in a very safe neighbourhood, or simply order delivery to your doorstep. All in room amenities and appliances 100% working. Fast and reliable wifi access is provided, and good tv with netflix and smart apps available. Easy and speedy check-in and check-out. Very responsive host and very friendly and accommodating staff. Kudos for Ali for making this another great stay! 100% recommended and I will definitely will come back.

La gestione dovrebbe fornire detergenti per lavare il bagno all'interno dell'appartamento.È molto scomodo andare alla reception per chiedere ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di fare il lavaggio. Non sono state fornite asciugamani per cucina.

As a frequent business traveler, this suites situated in the middle of major highway access. The check in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff ready to assist. I appreciate the service.spacious room with all the essential equipment. Love it.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il soggiorno e una splendida vista balcone! La casa era pulita e ha tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno anche il plug-in dell'adattatore 🤩 Così pensativo!Grande posizione per soggiornare e così conveniente. Facile da controllare e da salire consigliamo molto! Grazie 😊

L'ostello è pulito e ben pulito. L'ospite è amichevole e bello. La piscina al tetto ha una buona qualità dell'acqua e vi è un ristorante accanto, quindi è bello bere la sera.
