Hotel a Kuala Lumpur,

Hotel is conveniently located right at the doorstep of KL Sentral(especially convenient for business travelers taking KLIA express) . Hotel is well maintained and has great views of the city. The breakfast spread is great.

Very bang for buck place! Having 5 star hotel aminities like the Infiniti pool and beautiful high floor look out scenery from level 29.  Rooms are very clean , new and nice! They even have water dispensers on ever level , so that you can save the trouble from buying bottled water back.  Location may not be the best , but accessible everywhere by grab. And it’s only a short 5 mins drive to mid valley mall. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to Mid Valley Shopping Mall, making it perfect for both shopping and dining. A wonderful surprise was the complimentary upgrade to a studio room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The lighting, furniture, and overall ambiance added a touch of luxury. Service was outstanding—check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Il mio soggiorno era solo in ordine. La stanza e l'atmosfera non sono state migliorate. L'odore di insetti, la TV non era in funzione durante i giorni piovani e il tovagliolo è stato messo in rilievo ovunque. Purtroppo non ho fatto rapporto perché quando controllavo il troll di manutenzione, quasi tutti i tovaglioli sono in condizioni identiche. Non scegliere di rimanere qui nella mia prossima visita KL.

Room is nice and spacious same goes with bathroom, overall service is good and room is nice. However breakfast was quite unsatisfied as food and drinks is not getting refilled fast enough and have to constantly wait for food to refill

Camera alberghiera conveniente con bagno Grande camera, bagno grande (i miei figli lo amano), personale amichevole. Ho lasciato accidentalmente il mio vestito nel bagno. Dopo 8 ore di insegnare il vestito mancante, chiama l'hotel per controllare. Il custode aiuta a tenere il vestito. Il personale è molto utile. La colazione era OK, Varie opzioni. Ma 5 anni fa, durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, la selezione del colazione è più varietà. Ma ora ancora OK la Torneranno certamente per soggiornare.

Beautifully appointed rooms with impeccable service. Love the breakfast spread. Worth every dollar paid. Only thing is no direct sheltered walkway from train station. Need to walk a short stretch to be exposed to the elements.

The hotel shows its age, but things are still functional. Comfortable bed in fact. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue—there were crumbs on the chair upon entering. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, but this was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. Parking is available, though it’s a bit confusing to navigate if you’re unfamiliar with the layout. It costs 5RM per entry, and validation is self-service through TNG card, which might be inconvenient for some. This wasn’t my first choice of accommodation, but it was offered as an alternative. While the hotel has its shortcomings, it’s adequate for a short stay if you’re not too particular. However, improvements in cleanliness and better guest assistance would make the experience more satisfactory.

Changed my preferred accommodation for my weekly meeting in KL to this place due to the Christmas hectic situation in my usual stay. Felt in love instantly. Serene. Easy to park. Close enough to shops and eateries. Spacious room. The room has good insulation as well. My neighbors mostly groups and families and the noises didn't penetrate my room. Lift was a bit hit and miss at block C. The receptionists were lovely both for morning and evening shifts..

L'hotel è probabilmente la posizione migliore come molto centrale proprio al di là della stazione centrale KL, con un centro commerciale a piedi dall'hotel, collegato e rifugiato in ogni modo rende questo hotel così conveniente! È anche spazioso, pulito e comodo, sicuramente scelgo questo hotel di nuovo per la prossima visita! 🩷🩷🩷
