Hotel a Kuala Lumpur, Pudu

The Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade is a midscale hotel located at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Here are my review: •Location: The hotel is well-located, close to shopping malls like Zepp KL, Lalaport Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, and Pavilion. It's also near the BBCC-Hang Tuah transit hub and Imbi Monorail station . •Rooms: the rooms is comfortable and relaxing, soundproofing could be improved as you can hear the conversation from your neighbors rooms. •Facilities: The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. •Service: The staff namely Ms Pramudi is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant check in even after her shift was already ended. •Basic Toiletries i.e. Toothbrush, Tissues and permanent shampoo, shower gel only available. Easy Access to Parking at 5th and 6th floors. The parking ticket need to be verified at the counter and an extra RM10 will be charge for 24hrs multiple entries parking. Narrow Access road.

La stanza è pulita con strutture decente all'interno (forno elettrico, lavatrice, con aria molto forte .....) e il loro manager WhatsApp on-line è molto utile; quindi, il check-in/check-out è stato molto facile da gestire. Inoltre, Lucentia Residences si trova nel cuore di Kuala Lumpur, in modo che possiamo facilmente andare da qualsiasi parte a piedi o da RapidKL in pochi fermi. Penserà di restare qui di nuovo durante il prossimo viaggio a KL, grazie.

Great location. The views are epic. There’s Lalaport mall giant shopping center at the ground floor. Super secure building. All the (many) guards were really helpful and friendly. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic. They have a transparent ring in the floor of the pool that you can look through as you swim over it which is wild. Will definitely book here again. No question. PS - for cat lovers, highly recommend the cat café next door at Lalaport. Meow.

It was good but the only thing i was frustrated was the toilet seat was not uneven. It could be much better. And i left my telekung there. Hopefully its still there.

Location good. You can actually check out at 12. The pool is free and the restaurant there is good and cheap and has a great view. The room is very nice at first glance but once you inspect it closer you find flaws. There was a cockroach in the shower. It was also very moldy, could use a proper bleaching. The toilet had weird sounds and smells coming out. There is no outlet next to the bed. And the ones next to tv have poor connection. Also, it was kind of concerning that the next door room had a hole in the door and was completely trashed (last two pics). I was kinda scared. I would have appreciated an explanation or something.

공항에서 예약바우처들고 바로 숙소로 이동 했는데 호스트가 방이 없다며 더 이상 해줄게 없다고해서 당황했습니다. 핸드폰 밧데리 없어서 전화 방전되고 무거운 짐들고 라라포트몰 지하푸트코트 들어가서 어렵게 충전해서 트립닷컴 상담사와 몇번의 통화 후 바로 근처 호텔로 이동했습니다. 다행인건 괜찮은 호텔잡아줘서 4박중 3박하고 마지막 1박만 이곳에 머물수 있었습니다. 마지막 1박 호스트에게 정확히 예약되어있는지 확인해달라고 트립닷컴 상담사분께 몇번의 확답을 받았습니다. 오후 2시 비행기로 도착했는데 근처호텔 도착하니 저녁8시 하루 계획일정이 날라가서 시간이 너무 아까웠습니다. 마지막 1박 이곳에서 묵을수있었는데 수영장 사우나 기타 시설들은 너무 좋았으나 아쉬운점은 개미가 보이는것과 예약이 매끄럽지 못하고 체크아웃도 전화해서 어떻게하는지 물어보고 해야했습니다. 해외나가서 방없다며 입실도 못하고 가드아저씨가 로비에도 못들어가게해서 차들 유턴하는곳에 서서 당황했던 생각하면 너무 황당합니다 ㅠ.ㅠ

Really great place to stay and i think the price is really good bargain. For the price point i would definitely rebook for my next stay.

It was a great place to stay but the location doesn’t appear on grab! However, while typing #36 Jalan Baba, it is ok to find out!

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno presso Harmony Luxury Suites a Lucentia Dalla visita al mio hotel, il personale era incredibilmente accogliente e attento, la stanza era senza spazi, pulita, confortevole e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato l'infinita vista della piscina e le altre strutture.Mi ha reso la visita davvero memorabile.
