Hotel a Kuala Lumpur, Pudu

The Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade is a midscale hotel located at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Here are my review: •Location: The hotel is well-located, close to shopping malls like Zepp KL, Lalaport Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, and Pavilion. It's also near the BBCC-Hang Tuah transit hub and Imbi Monorail station . •Rooms: the rooms is comfortable and relaxing, soundproofing could be improved as you can hear the conversation from your neighbors rooms. •Facilities: The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. •Service: The staff namely Ms Pramudi is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant check in even after her shift was already ended. •Basic Toiletries i.e. Toothbrush, Tissues and permanent shampoo, shower gel only available. Easy Access to Parking at 5th and 6th floors. The parking ticket need to be verified at the counter and an extra RM10 will be charge for 24hrs multiple entries parking. Narrow Access road.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente, con vista diretta sulle Petronas Twin Towers e sulla Kuala Lumpur Tower. La vista notturna è molto bella. Al piano superiore è presente una piscina a sfioro da cui ammirare la vista delle Petronas Twin Towers. Di fronte si trova il centro commerciale Lalaprot, molto comodo per mangiare e fare shopping. Nelle vicinanze si trovano stazioni della metropolitana e della metropolitana leggera e i trasporti sono comodi. L'area interna è piuttosto spaziosa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti tramite WeChat e ho accettato di attendere nella hall per consegnare le chiavi a un orario prestabilito. Il servizio è stato molto buono. L'appartamento era pulito quando siamo arrivati, tuttavia il servizio di pulizia non era incluso nella tariffa (non ce ne siamo accorti quando abbiamo prenotato, non è un grosso problema). Abbiamo prenotato per una settimana prima, poi ci siamo resi conto che dovevamo rimanere più a lungo e, sebbene fosse esaurito sull'app, ci hanno permesso di rimanere nella stessa unità. È stato fantastico! Self check-in/out, estremamente facile. Ottimi servizi, grande piscina con Jacuzzi. Il pavimento della piscina non era sempre pulitissimo, ma ci è piaciuto! I bambini si sono divertiti molto. La palestra era pulita e non affollata. La sala yoga e il barbecue sono a pagamento, non economici, quindi non li abbiamo usati. La comunicazione è molto semplice, tramite WeChat/WhatsApp. Cose da migliorare: non c'è spazio per riporre i bagagli una volta effettuato il check-out. Niente ciabatte. Niente acqua, niente carta igienica extra in camera. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la carta igienica a giorni alterni, perché ci davano solo 2 rotoli alla volta. Sebbene fossimo al 36° piano, il traffico può diventare piuttosto rumoroso nelle ore tarde/precoci.

Tutto era buono. Molto bella vista al 31° piano. L'appartamento puzza bene e molto comodo. Hai tutto quello che avevi bisogno, sia per cucina che per consegna. Il personale che ha controllato e controllato era molto buono e cortese. Rimarrò certamente di nuovo.

Очень хорошая квартира со всеми удобствами. Кухня, посуда, стиральная машина, порошок, мыло, шампуни, много полотенец, телевизор большой с ютубом. Отличный вид из окна. Выбрали именно эту квартиру ради детского уголка, нашему двухлетнему сыну очень понравилось. Немного далековато от центра, но добраться не проблема, цена такси 8-10 ринггит. Метро в 15 минутах ходьбы. Отличный бассейн, для детей есть отдельный бассейн с горкой. Также игровая комната, но немного уставшая. В целом сам кондоминиум понравился, заселение происходит быстро, все онлайн.

The room was well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient, close to [mention nearby attractions, public transport, or restaurants]. Despite being a budget hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall service. If you’re traveling on a budget but still want a cozy and hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
